I wouldn't call that racism though. True you were singled out out cos you were probably the most likely to be the one that dropped the bag. This is normal. This is referred to as PROFILING. There are different types of profiling is different situations and you surely fit in this case cos of your colour. There is Racial profiling, Social profiling, Religious profiling, Ethnic profiling etc. Sorry about the inconvenience bro. They should have tendered an apology. Racism is real though. |
inze:Thanks inze. I am thinking of buying the scanner. |
I just got a Clean Nigerian used 2004 Model Honda Civic. Pls guys, I will like you to recommend the best oil to service it. Also the check engine light is on but the owner says its been like light since he got it as Tokunbo and has been driving it that way. I actually drove it over a 5 hour journey but I am still very concerned. Pls what do I do? cc:Sienna cc:Gazzuzz cc:Ikenna cc:kingreign cc:Chamber2 etc |
You should find a clean car for that price. I checked out some clean honda bulldogs some months back. They were very ok for their prices. Thats if there are no hidden faults anyway. ![]() I advice you check out the Nissan Almera. It looks clean. |
samseen02:That's a federal road. |
4X4:Search for yourself na. |
donevnetng:You want to hold your cash before test ride. And if the prospective buyer is not satisfied with the performance of the bike? or there is a fault? You never ready. |
waheed1987:Are you in Lagos? |
BabyDaddy20:Guy just accept your fvck up. Your unguarded statement just exposed your stupidity. I know you are already regretting it. Stop trying to defend your foolishness. Even your relatives will be embarrassed to see this. |
BabyDaddy20:Seriously? Are your relatives that poor? |
jideprof:He is not seeing it as hate, but don't try to sound techy when you are not. Battery has nothing much to do with RAM. Simple. |
treasuremabel:You love their simplicity abi, but if you guy decides to have your wedding that way, YOU GO GREE? |
NnamdiChidi:Nice clean car. Kudos to you. Very Very fuel efficient. |

[s] uselessgoat:[/s] You are indeed a useless goat. Why not leave judgement for God if you doubt his authenticity. Did you even pause to think what God might do to you if TB Joshua is actually real? Even though I am not a fan of his, I'll never risk speak of a man representing God that way. Do you know that the death of tens of thousands does not stop God from doing what he will do? When calamity starts sleeping and waking up with you, you will then start to wonder where its coming from. Or is this supposed to be a publicity stunt? it's not worth it bro. |
1. They all love Woman : An Average Urhobo , Ijaw and Itsekiri man loves women, You hardly see them getting married to one wife… I.e polygamous Family This is correct to a large extent and that is because there is an abundant supply of alcohol coupled with the cold terrain. So what do you expect. 2. Wealth : Apart from oil been located in our land, An Average Urhobo , Ijaw and Itsekiri man is rich, if the ijaws re nt fishing the Urhobo's and Itsekiri are Farming, you hardly see them suffering. I strongly disagree with you, If you have circumnavigated the most of their communities, you will be amazed at the rate of poverty and suffering amongst the people even though they are surrounded by so much opportunities that come with Oil. 3. Accommodating : we are all accommodating, Have you met with any typical Ijaw , Urhobo or Itsekiri man b4, How was his behavior towards you ?, they love strangers and hardly do you hear them maltreating any body. This is also untrue. Naturally, Ijaw are hostile, unaccommodating and cantankerous. They seem to want to take everything by force and see strangers in their communities as a threat to their livelihood. Same to some extend are the Urhobo's but the Itsekiris are more accommodating, but I can relate this to the fact that they are more educated and have lower population strength. 4. Funny : Well don't need to emphasis more on this, If you see us alone , You already started laughing, 60% of Nigeria Comedian are either ( Urhobo , Ijaw or Itsekiri) I agree with you on this. Though if you have been through what these peeps have been through, then you will understand why they are so humorous. What you see as jokes elsewhere are stark realities in their communities. 5. They are not lazy : Hmmmmm, don't Bleep with the big Three's , they are very strong. Hmmm I don't want to be categorical on this, but in most of the Ijaw and urhobo communities (I don't mean the few privileged ones), most of the hard labour are being done by their women. When you transverse the waters, farm lands, creeks in these communities you will agree with me. I have not lived in the Itsekiri community enough to be able to draw a logical conclusion. 6 . Culture : They all have similar culture I agree with you to a large extent. Their cultures have been entwined by years of communal living and close proximity. Especially influenced by similar terrain. So yes I agree. 7. Well Educated Fallacy. It's fallacious for you to state that they are well educated. I will rather you put it that the level of education amongst the populace of these communities is growing. How dare you try to obfuscate the readers concerning the reality on ground in those communities. The Itsekiris are more educated that the other 2 communities, followed by the urhobos and then the Ijaws come a distant third. Numerically comparing the few educated ones with the uneducated lot, The general populace CANNOT be term "WELL EDUCATED". 8. They love alcohol Yes, The Ijaws and the Urhobos love alcohol. As I said earlier, I have not resided long enough with the Itsekiris to draw a logical conclusion on this about them. The reason for their love for alcohol is not far fetched. They are close to the water bodies which make the environment cold, they need to be fired up to be able to carry out their fishing activities well, the local alcohol comes cheap and it is readily available due to the the abundant availability of raw materials. |
He is healed is Jesus name. |
Is that stuff not gambling? Rubbish. |
MISSNORA:If you used bodmas then your answer should be 6. So how did you apply your own bodmas? |
MadCow1:I'm so happy that you spoke the truth without being biased. Let someone show me a road that has been constructed by Wike or dualised. I tell you, after 4 years, Amaechi will be greatly missed. I am sincerely praying that shouldn't be the case though cos na the citizens go suffer pass. |
kendrick9:I tire. Is it just about connecting a machine to drive the rotors that makes it a helicopter? I don't just get it. Its rubbish. If the flying principles of lift, drag and thrust can not be applied and achieved then there's no need for all these. |
gassdon:I am so shocked reading this. Is this how politicians lie and deceive people? a road that was already 95% completed before the elections. Damn I can't believe what I am reading. Na wah o. Later they will say Amaechi did nothing yet, this is a road that was almost already completed before the elections. Let him fix the Aba road before the Imo river bridge that is soooo bad now, then he can be praised. Not this. |
Location and is the AC is working condition? anything minor or major thing to fix? |
Royalty1:Can I come pick it up for 400? |
still available? If yes, I'll like to come check it out. I'm in ph. |
AreaFada2:Anytime I hear A/C needs gas, I just take off. It takes less than 5k to fill the gas so why wait for the buyer to do that. It tells you there is always more to it. |
lade007:How much will land the auto version of the Primera. Clearing inclusive? How much do you require as deposit? How long does it take to get the car delivered? |
skyface00:So true my guy. I just love that place, the food is so tasty and rich and their service is fantastic. Above all, its worth every kobo. |
rahjan:rahjan, you seem to be on every new car thread. I'm convinced you really need a car at a good price. Hope you find a good one at an afforadable price soon. |
Ready to pay 400k. I'm in ph. Deal? |
aim5:Who told you Esan ppl hate Buhari, Speak for yourself. I don't HATE PMB. |
