Monimatic: Why Is it every 3 months Amaechi keeps asking Rivers Lawmakers to approve his request to get loans from different international organizations.
With less than 10 months to the expiration of his tenure as Governor, why is it now Amaechi wants to borrow over 200 million dollars,why didn't he borrow such money in his first term in office or in the first two years of his second term.
