I think a proper maintenance should be taken before embarking on the journey. 2ndly, when u go for 3hrs straight u can cut the journey by relaxing somewhere like a fast food for like 30mins before you continue and 3rdly, according to the oga at the top said it is the mind that controls everything.

Jst to add to d add i quoted. There is no big deal in driving, all you need is to first conquar your fear. Then aside fear, get your car to your mechanic to do proper check up and other needfull. When u drive for like an hour or more or even less, pack off shoulder and excercise your legs to avoid cramps. Most importantly, make sure that your brain, legs, hands, eyes, ears and all other parts of your body are engage, as in up and running, that is y i prefer traveling with manual type of vehicle, auto will make you lazy, pls and pls, don't ever carry partners that can sleep in the front seat. It will affect your driving, cause your to sleep and you know what that means. Try and get water in your car, exra fan belt, first aid box, fire extinguisher, tourchlight, among others. That's my little advice.

"My husband believes in women's education. He encouraged me to pursue my educational goals. I'm sure Nigerian women know the truth that he is a gender sensitive leader and will vote for him against all the political propaganda to discredit him. He insisted during his time as Head of State, that every council should have a female representative" She said.
