Most Ladies have argued about wearing of bras, says is a huge pain and stress, because of it's constant adjusting and tricky fit.


Wearing a bra, keeps you looking attractive and as a woman, it is a normal way they have been taught all their life that wearing a bra is a trend.


See, wearing bra depends on a woman's breast size, and a well fited bras can improve posture and prevent a lot of spine problems and back pains.



In this article, am not saying women shouldn't wear bras in public places, work place, School or gatherings, No!
But once you get home, strip your bra off.


Virginia Hobbs, says "I basically burned my bra in the sixties and only wore a bra to special events such as weddings, funerals, work, etc but when I got home, off my bra."

Meanwhile, there are many benefits women get for not wearing bra, but here are few health benefits - take a look;

Improve Your Breast Shape

A French study has shown that bras cause the breasts to lose their shape over time. Bras weakens the muscles in the chest, making the breasts to hang down.


So not wearing a bra doesn’t cause your breasts to sag. 'Breasts gain no benefit from being denied gravity. On the contrary, they get saggier with a bra," - 'Professor Rouillon' quoted.


Boost Your Circulation

Frequently wearing tight clothing, especially tight bras, in a long run keeps you uncomfortable and is not good for circulation.


Bra tightness and squeezing around your chest can slow your circulation by compressing your major blood vessels.


Improve You Breast Health

Going bra-less improves perkiness and blood flow. It makes you look neat because dirt are no longer trapped against the skin by your tight bra.


This makes infections, rashes, and acne less likely on your breasts.


Bras that don’t have good fit, or have painful underwire, will cause shortness of breath, chest pains, and all sorts of discomfort.

Also, going bra-less when going to bed, makes your sleep cute and comfortable.


Bras are not fatally bad for your health. It will cause breast cancer all on their own; there are many genetic and environmental factors at play when it comes to that.

Nobody will like to associate with somebody or something that is dirty. When something or somebody is dirty, its smells, you won’t come there because it irritates, dirtiness is contagious.


So it is with God, God hates dirtiness (Sin). God isolates with anybody that is dirty. The world today is full of dirtiness, greed, unbelief, fear, evil etc. it is only the word of God that can cleans people from these. The word of God is the best cleansing agent one can think of (John 15vs3).


It is only the blood of Jesus Christ that can cleans us from sin (1 John 1vs9). It is the blood of Jesus Christ that brings back beauty in a man, his blood heals, and his blood is life (John 6vs53:54). God answers our prayers fast when we are cleans from our sins and we can only be cleans through Christ.

The rate of begging in Abia State has inflated so high, such that it’s now a daily profitable business in Abia, Aba precisely.


Am not saying we shouldn’t help the less privilege, am not saying we shouldn’t show gratitude to those in need in Abia, even the bible said God loves a cheerful giver. All am saying is the rate of destitute and beggars in Abia, Aba precisely is highly on called for.

We have good leaders and God fearing governor who can stand for us and give this beggars a place. It may interest you to know that most road, street, and taxi beggars are not from Abia.

They have caused some many havoc in Abia, Aba to be precise. You cannot come down to Keke (Tricycle), taxi without little children dragging your cloth.

Demerit

These road side, Street, and taxi Beggars have brought a bad name for Abians. They stayed in the roads, have their umbrellas covered both in Sun and Rain.

The painful part is that those ones in 'Bata', 'Brass' junction etc. are more of little children. These kids are skilled in Begging, no education, no home training and no parental care when they grow up they become armed robbers, cultist, thwart disturbing and terrorizing the State.

Some are being giving birth in the Street, you will see mother’s breastfeeding their children in the road were people, and motorist are operating which is very bad to Abia.

On 25 Dec 2019 car crushed a child in front of Abia State Polytechnic (Abia poly) due to road begging and he died instantly.

If these children will put those tactics of begging into one Skill or trade, they will be somebody in future.

These people are no more road beggars they are business people skilled in begging, begging with disabled pictures, every day. Who are their sponsors a question that our government need to ask.

My Suggestion

Our Able, God fearing Governor and leaders should build a rehabilitation center, where they will be gathered, interview them, and the truth and their identity will be revealed because most of them have their own houses but still chose to beg, most of them are not beggars indeed.


Our leaders should stand up and correct that bad impression given to us by outsiders on how dirty our state is. Our leaders should check if there are people (beggars) fit to be trained and be catered for i.e. beggars from Abia who are truly beggars and send packing to those that are not.


Abia State is loved by God, Abia is Gods Own State, Abia is in God’s hands and we all know that our God is not a beggar…

The Canadian Broadcasting Corporation has removed the famous cameo scene featuring president Donald Trump in the 90's blockbuster Home Alone 2 - "Lost in New York".

The 10-second cameo scene, which shows Trump giving Kevin McCallister (portrayed Macaulay Culkin) directions to the hotel lobby, was deleted by Canadian Broadcaster Corporation (CBC).

"Excuse me, where’s the lobby? Kevin McCallister asks Trump in the film. Down the hall and to the left," responds Trump.

But the edit which showed the scene without Trump didn't go unnoticed. Audiences watching the CBC Trump-less version were not too happy.

Lil Tony 24, was charged yesterday morning in the murder of Z'Yon Person, who was with his family on the night of August 18 shooting in Durham, North Carolina.

He was officially charged with first-degree murder, felony conspiracy to commit murder, assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill inflicting serious bodily injury, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, five counts of attempted first-degree murder, two counts of discharging a weapon into an occupied property causing serious injury and three counts of discharging a weapon into an occupied vehicle/residence.

A final year Student of the University of Nigeria Nsukka has committed suicide over inability to graduate.

The victim identified as Mr Samuel Elias, 25 is a final year student of department of Religion and Culture, University of Nigeria Nsukka committed suicide by drinking Sniper.

The mother, Mrs Kate Elias a staff of the university said that the unfortunate incident happened on Monday June 17, around 5.30pm in her house at Justina Eze Street Nsukka.

"I came back from work on that fateful day and discovered that the mood of my first child was bad, he was staggering when he came to collect a bottle of coke from the fridge, She said.

"I followed him immediately to his room and started talking to him but he could not respond and when I look closely his teeth has tightened up.

The teenage who called Britain's Prince Harry a race traitor months after his marriage to US actress Meghan Markle, who also said he should be shot was jailed more than four years on Tuesday.

BBC reports that, Michal Szewczuk, 19, made a post few months ago which included an image of Harry, the Duke of Sussex, with a gun to his head with the caption "See Ya Later Race Traitor".

Former UEFA president Platini has denied bad behavior when questioned by police following his arrest as part of a corruption probe into the vote that gave the 2022 World Cup to Qatar.

Recall that the former France captain was placed in custody when summoned to the Judicial Police's anti-corruption and financial crimes office outside Paris, the 63-year-old Platini can either be released or formally charged after questioning ends.

"Michel Platini expresses himself serenely and precisely, answering all the questions, including those on the conditions for the awarding of the 2016 Euro, and has provided useful explanations," the statement said.
