DropShot:The foool should be executed. He should be hanged or killed by firing squad. |
omenkaLives:You truly have no shame at all. |
The culprit should be executed without delay. |
omenkaLives:You are the one trying to "tribalise" this thread by typing Kalu and making it bold. When the fighting starts now you will start shouting hate hate! We can see that you are losing it already. I am sure you still cannot believe that yorubas went about slaughtering hausas in Ife recently. I noticed you were so scared and shaken to the marrows. You just can't bear to see Nigeria crumbling before your very eyes, what excatly are you scared of? You don't want the fulani to convert your father's compound to a large grazing field? You have never condemned them here neither have you condemned the hausas that have been killing Southerners at the drop of a hat. Go and sit down inside the gutter. ![]() On another note, the murderer should be executed; there cannot be any other way to address this. |

For me I think we should forget about PDP. I believe a new opposition party will emerge befre the next general elections and the party will be very strong. |

“We should be more concerned with how to address the injustices and discrimination, the uneven distribution of resources and others and think more on how we can live together as a country because, like it or not, we are one country and a there is beauty in our diversity.” With all due respect Bishop for how much longer will we continue to shout for obvious marginalisation to stop? Why is it that the SE is the only geopolitical zone with 5 states? The number of LGAs in kano state alone is almost same as the whole SE. How do you explain that in Buharis's budget for capital projects, allocation to Kano state alone is more than the whole SE combined? People have been calling for restructuring and resource control since eternity but no one is listening. ken Saro wiwa ended up being executed for calling for his rights. Today nnamdi Kanu is in prison for calling for his rights to have a separate country. The hausa/fulani believe that Nigeria belongs to them and they always want to dictate what happens. They threatened that there will be no more Nigeria if they did not get back power in 2015 and we gave them back their power. This is the reason why Prof Wole Soyinka described the fulani as first class citizens while others are just to follow.

- Nnamdi Kanu, the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), secured a victory against the federal government on Tuesday, March 8 - A senator from Kaduna state, Shehu Sani, has reacted to what he calls Nigeria's penchant for disobeying rulings of the ECOWAS court The representative of Kaduna Central at the Senate, Shehu Sani, has slammed the Nigerian government for refusing to honour rulings from the ECOWAS court. Sani made this remark in a social media post after the ECOWAS court, sitting in Abuja, threw out an application by the federal government seeking the court to reject an application brought by Nnamdi Kanu, leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB). Kanu is asking the court to order the government to release him unconditionally and pay him $800 million in damages. Shehu Sani, known for his blunt opinions, lamented Nigeria’s penchant for ignoring rulings from the ECOWAS court. “Our track records of ignoring rulings of the ECOWAS court put our country in a bad light; it diminishes our status as a regional and continental moral and political authority. “We cannot host and fund such an institution and at the same time rubbish it. “At a time Africans are raising issues of selective justice by ICC in the Hague, it's time to take our regional and continental courts seriously. “We should either comply with rulings of the ECOWAS court or opt to pull out of it. “Our leadership responsibilities in the continent of Africa should also include setting good examples in compliance to the rule of law as bitter as it may be to our other interests,” he said. Though he did not mention Kanu in his reaction, some of his followers, mostly from the northern part of the country, opposed him with some saying the interest of the country is more important that such a ruling. https://www.naij.com/1092477-nigerias-penchant-disobeying-ecowas-court-ruling-lamentable-sani.html |

trendsng1:Same way Igbos should not be forced to remain in Nigeria. Marriage is never by force. Only a foolish president will say instead of me to let you go we will all drown together. ![]() |
Please take a good look at this picture. Any sound mind can see that the head of Suleman appears too large for the hand. Also look closely at the head, it does not appear naturally lying on his hand. This is a clear photoshop job. Look very well. Such big head for that small hand? Suleman also does not appear to be naturally lying down on the pillow. The whole thing is a fraud!

Premium Times is reporting that three Nigerian banks are set to take over telecommunications firm Etisalat today, Wednesday, March 8, over unpaid N541.8billion debt. According to the report, the move follows the failure of the Nigerian Communication Commission (NCC) to broker a peaceful resolution between Etisalat Nigeria and a consortium of banks. The banks involved are: 1. Guaranty Trust Bank 2. Access Bank 3. Zenith Bank However, these are not the only banks as there are also some foreign banks that have also been reportedly having a running battle with the telecoms company over the loan facility totalling $1.72 billion (about N541.8 billion) and was obtained in 2015. The report says the loan involved a foreign-backed guaranty bond and was given to Etisalat to finance a major network rehabilitation and expansion of its operational base in Nigeria. After failing to service its debt since 2016, the banks reported the company to the Central Bank of Nigeria and communications sector regular NCC. Etisalat blamed its inability to fulfil its obligation to the banks on the current economic recession in Nigeria but the banks replied that Asset Management Company of Nigeria regulations demanding immediate cut down on the rate of their non-performing loans give them no other option. A senior bank official among those affected said Etisalat management was given option of filing for bankruptcy but it was not taken. This option, he said, would have required the banks just a management to oversee the telecoms firm’s operations. Although the NCC is not happy with the takeover, a top source at the regulatory body NCC said on Tuesday, March 7 that it had approved the takeover that is now expected to happen today. Meanwhile, in the bid to restore the ailing economy, the Federal Government has released the Economic Recovery and Growth Plan (ERGP) which unveils a road map for Nigeria’s economic recovery growth and sustainable development. James Akpandem, the Media Adviser to the Minister of Budget and National Planning, announced this in a statement on Tuesday in Abuja. According to the adviser, the ERGP is available on the ministry’s website, www.nationalplanning.gov.ng and that of the Budget Office, www.budgetoffice.gov.ng. https://www.naij.com/1092450-breaking-3-nigerian-banks-set-etisalat-today-n5418-billion-debt.html lalasticlala |
