That's his father. His mother is from Romania, Prof. Mrs Elisabeta Olarinde. She's a professor of law. She used to teach law at unibadan then, but she's now the dean of law faculty at Afe Babalola University. The man is a medical doctor.

Hmmm... My mum explained the cause of my condition to me. I was a big baby at birth and I'm still big, tall n huge. However, i have a deformed right arm. When i asked my mom she told me i was big at birth. Weighing over 5kg. So the nurses during delivery debated whether my mum should birth me naturally or they should perform a caesarian operation. One of the nurses was however adamant that i could be birthed naturally. As i crowned and was coming out, in her haste and excitement she pulled my right arm with way too much force and then a major nerve in the arm became damaged. Over the years, despite aggressive physiotherapy in my childhood, atrophy set in and my right arm became thin and deformed. The irony of it all is that the nurse who damaged the nerve is my mom's cousin. It happened in a general hospital where my mom was even working as a pharmacist. Not easy going about wt a deformed arm, but in all things, gv thanks.

A court can always issue an order mandamus compelling the police service commission to dismiss an officer who goes against the service rules.

Just as the court can order the Police service conmission to reinstate an officer who was sacked unduly from the force.

The court interpretes the laws...and what matters here is what the police ethic laws says is the punishment for gross misconduct.

This also applies to the powers of the court to dismiss a Student from a university for violating the ethics, codes and conduct if the student disciplinary council fails to act.

However, if the court wants to be mild about it, it can compel the Police Service Commission to set up an investigation panel that will come up on with it's stance before any high court may revisit the findings.

Some judges do not spend quality time in writing judgments...maybe they also don't read hand written materials sha

Nawa for you o. Can a court gv a relief not sought? When u issue mandamus in this instance, whom is the order made against? Is police service commission a party to the suit? As the police service been intimated by a petition to dismiss him being a prerequisite to an order of mandamus? Ur legal reasoning is serious. Then, u might not even be a lawyer.
