To be candid with you, irrespective of the person PDP present, Tambowa Atiku or Tunubu, SS and SE will vote for the person. The only difference might be the virgin of victory in those zones. For example, if PDP present Tunubu as a candidate and APC present GEJ. Tunubu will win in the zone provided he ran under PDP but it won't be landslide but if it is the other way round(that is GEJ running under PDP and Tunubu, under APC) GEJ will records landslides victory in those zones .
For your first question, if APC present GEJ as a candidate, APC might get about 45% votes while PDP get 55% in the zones. If APC present any other Candidate that is not from those zones, they will get at most 30% votes.
