Well, to keep things short and brief, I believe most of us here already know what I do. Nothing else than production of daily need items.
What is it this time?
I had earlier announced on our free training thread that I will be showing few people here how to start up a business in production line of Hair Conditioner. I have decided to extend the offer to more Nairalanders especially, those that are yet to know about the existence of our free training thread.


Our Expectation:

At the end of this training all participants are expected to have learnt:

1.The production of quality hair conditioner (commercially)

2. Packaging of the product

3. Sourcing for raw materials

4. Market strategies

HOW DOES IT GO THIS TIME?

It's not free but I'm not going to charge anyone as well. A token is expected from every participant, just according to your capacity. Remember, nothing of value is free. Our main criterion here will be interest and seriousness.

If you stay around college Road and have ever seen our flyers or attended our training on the production of hair conditioner, you'll testify that we charge nothing less than 10,000 naira back then.

WHO CAN PARTICIPATE:

Only registered members are qualified for this training. That's because I want us to make it very open. You should be able to come back here to drop a comment, observation, criticism and anything.

You may have to do a survey to know if you can market your product, don't just participate because you see others doing so.

MEANS OF TRAINING:

The following are the means by which the training will be conducted:

-Through email
-BBM
-Watsap
You'll chose option convenient for you.
Training commences this weekend.

You will receive a detail on how to pay your token for the training.

By Friday, registration closes and we'll commence our training.

Also, I have said it's limited to only registered members of this forum. I have my reason for that.

Those that already have my ebook on the above products will ask question base on the formula their in their ebook while the others should expect the following:


1. How to produce commercial hair conditioner or hair shampoo

2. Packaging of the products

3. Sourcing of raw materials

4. Discussion on marketing

Less I forget, those having the formula already are also entitled to 2,3, and 4 except lesson 1 only.

Before venturing into any business, it's wise to first carry out a market survey to see the marketability of the product. So, that's the little assigment I will giving us this week.

Go out there and make some enquiries to know if you can have people to supply any of the above products to.

When you must have done that, you'll know if it's something that's worth doing or not.


On the above subject, we'll take just few serious and business minded people who have taken their time to do the little survey.

It's not going to be free, nothing of value comes free. That'll help us to know those who are serious and ready.

Awwwww! Sire, that's a very heavy request. Sincerely, I won't be able to assist personally. However, I believe there'll be a way out. Just stick around, some one on this thread might know a place you can get your chemicals over there or close by.

@strongbest. I read an article which states that the by-product (soap stock) obtained from vegetable oil refining can be used to produce laundry soap. Can you please shed light on the process involved?

Heyllo Sir, first, don't let the term soap stock confuse you. Maybe we should first try and understand what soap stock means.


Soap stock is simply any fatty material or oil derivative. And of course, I have explained here that any kind of oil can be used in the production of bar soaps, except a petroleum byproducts, e.g kerosine, petroleum, paraffin oil, etc.


So, the simple process involved is the same involved in the other kind of oil usually used.


Except also, if you mean to ask how such oil is derived in the first place.

Some never came back, though I understand some of you are not registered members but those that are, should have at least let us know how far with them.

Just wanted to be sure my effort wasn't a waste.

From the beginning, I have stated the condition; that once the training is over I will be removing all participants from my bbm contact. I have my reason for such condition, it's for some personal reasons and past experience.


However, I still want to send my sincere apologies to those who felt hurt by the removal. Like I have responded to some of your mails, I will always be there to assist where ever and whenever the need arises in your respective area of interest. Just send me a mail and I will respond.

And this is what I preach on nairaland daily. Every time I come across a thread like this, it freaks me out. Let's try and have alternatives. If your boss or your employer refuses to pay you, there'll always be something to fall back on and you won't feel the pinch that much.
