Seriously, I'm seek and tired of this everyday rape case. Something should better be done fast about it. A very serious punishment for any offender and a public awareness of the repercussion of such offence will help. |
Kinda hilarious. Well, nothing is as good as being your self and enjoying every moment irrespective of your age. Be our guest here: www.nairaland.com/1798724/ |
We all we agree with me that the bonus prices of our ebooks have for a long while being the same. However, I wish to announce to us here that there's a little change in price now. I have taken my time to add more value and touch to the ebooks in order to serve and meet need of any newbie in the production line. The old one which was formerly 1,500 naira is now 2,000 naira while the second one which used to be 1,000 naira is now 1,500 naira only, with money back guarantee. Trust me, the prices are still at bonus level. While you are also sure of never being wrong buying any of my ebooks. Let's not also forget that it's not just about the money but the impact. Your opinion also counts. Thanks. |

Problem 4: Liquid soap not foaming enough or as desired. Solution: We have been told that SLS is foam booster. Simply increase the quantity of SLS (sodium lauryl sulphate) used. That solves the problem. I want to believe with these little solutions, we are set to be producing a nice and quality liquid soap. Feel free to ask more questions. Thanks. |
Problem 3: Liquid soap becoming watery after a while. Solution: Something is, a lot of people tend to add a lot of water after the entire production process because they feel the product is too thick. This simple act can lead to it being watery after a while. Always use the required water within the entire production. If you must add water after the entire production, do so only when the production is obviously too thick, add the water in little quantity and stir to see what you have before proceeding to add more. The thickner used can also contribute or lead to a product being watery after a while. finally, don't forget to always stir properly at each time something is added before proceeding to add another ingredients. Thanks. |
Heyllo everyone. I noticed nobody is commenting on this thread. Well, the essence of this thread is to let viewers know about our progress. However, it's not a must you show up or comment but if you think this training has really helped you, I think dropping a comment isn't bad. More also, remember the agreement is that after this training, I can safely remove you from my bbm contact. So, as we round off tomorrow I have the right by the virtue of our agreement to do so without the consent of anyone. Big Smile. Strongbest |
Please, we are already concluding our bbm one on one training. Don't send in your pins anymore. Note that if you ignore this instruction and send your pin, it won't be attended to. Apologises to those that didn't come across the thread on time. Thanks. |
ibizgirl:Heyllo ma'am, you don't need to but if you do, it'll still work well. Remember, the essence of that is to help you thicken up your nitrosol and help you see the level of thickness immediately. Just make sure you stir very well immediately you pour the diluted sulphurnic acid. Sulphurnic acid is in liquid form, you actually dilute not dissolve. (O, well, the term dissolve can also be used in a way). The instruction says, dilute the sulphurnic acid with water. You have to dilute the sulphurnic acid with water first before combining or adding it to the dissolved nitrosol. Thanks. |
Marysola:Oooops! Sorry about that ma'am. Thanks. |
easy2conet:I thought as much ma'am. You can but not just anywhere or every store. Most of them don't even know the difference, that's actually the issue. Ask for cradle wax (cradle wax is different from candle wax). It'll serve the purpose as well but don't add it in excess please. Thanks. Thanks. |
asulikeitmmmjjj:Awww! Sir, I like your faith. It's actually not over till it's over! Big smile. Well, we've started since Monday and we're meant to round off this weekend. All the same, kindly send your pin to: goldzmyne@gmail.com. But please, look up for the thread on the general section of nairaland to read our terms and condition. I have actually been silent about it here because I think I already got more people than expected and the task of typing and trying to meet each person's area of interest has been a bit tough. All the same, be it unto you according to your faith Sir. Thanks. |
asulikeitmmmjjj:Ooooopz! Sir, I have already created the thread since and we're actually rounding off the training this weekend. Thanks. |
Still on nitrosol. You notice when dissolving the nitrosol in water it doesn't immediately become thick........let me give you a short cut to that. Once you notice the nitrosol has completely dissolved in water and no powder seen, to thicken up the solution, just add your caustic soda directly into the dissolved nitrosol and stir. It'll become thick immediately. Please, note that if you use the above method, you won't need to add caustic soda again. Sleepy eyes........to be continued. Good night everyone. Thanks. |
Problem 2. Lumps (seed) in liquid soap Solution: One common reason there are lumps in liquid soap is the method used in dissolving the nitrosol. When the quantity of water used in dissolving the nitrosol is too small compare to the quantity of nitrosol used, there can be lumps. First, never add water to nitrosol but always add nitrosol to water. You measure the quantity of water to be used into an empty bowl then, you gradually add the nitrosol and stir immediately. For instance, if you are to dissolve 4 spoons of nitrosol in water, you add the nitrosol gradually like one spoon at a time into your water and continue to stir while adding the remaining. Ensure you have a clear and smooth paste of nitrosol before proceeding to another level. Secondly, when diluting your sulphurnic acid: don't pour sulphurnic into water but water into the sulphurnic acid, it'll be easier to dissolve that way. Yea, I know what you are thinking right? The rule. Normally, in chemistry we say you should always add acid to water and not water to acid......but don't worry, your sulphurnic acid is a weak acid, it's not that reactive. So, first pour the sulphurnic acid into an empty bowl then, add your texapon and stir till you have a smooth paste. Then add water and stir again till everything blends together. Now, if you use water not sufficient in dissolving your sulphurnic acid, it'll form 'amala' for you. I beg what's amala in English o? Well, someone can help me translate that into english for the sake of our viewers from outside Naija. Please, forgive every grammatical blunder.......*sigh* Thanks. |
easy2conet:Heyllo ma'am, let me assume I know what you need the beeswax for, might be wrong though. In case I'm right, tell them to give you craddle wax or candle wax. Some of them don't really know the difference between a candle wax and beeswax. Who cares? Since everything will almost work the same. But on a serious note, candle wax is usually harder in texture compare to the beeswax. While candle wax is meant mainly for production of candles just as the name implies, the beeswax on the other hand is used mostly in the production of cosmetics. Thanks. |
Problem 1 Liquid soap not thick Solution: From the explanation given on the functions of our chemicals, we obviously know that nitrosol is our thickening agent (thickner) So, if you don't feel ok or impressed with the thickness of your product, then it means you'll have to increase the quantity of nitrosol used. On this note, I advice every first timer to always carry out the assigment on page one before moving on to produce in larger quantity. The assigment is for like 3 litres of liquid soap. If you have any question on that, you may please ask. Also, another point to really look at is, reading the instruction ensure you have understood the procedures before embarking on the production. For instance, the instruction on the quantity of nitrosol to be used in 20 litres of liquid soap says: 1 tin milk cup (very full). Which means you have to make sure you measure it very full and not just at the mouth level of the cup. Just the way a cup of garri is measured in the market. Very full and not half full. To be continued. Thanks. ........................... The data seller above me though. You better learn a hand work today and stop spamming my thread anyhow. Hehehe |
For the sake of our newcomers and those that still have some issues with lesson 1 that's, on the production of liquid soap. I have decided we review some things to help us avoid mistakes. Here are the common issues usually encounter by first timers. I have had to answer questions and to resolve them almost on daily basis on the following: - Liquid soap not too thick - There are lumps in the product - liquid soap not as thick as it was when first produced - Not foaming as desired We are going to quickly resolve these before we move on to the next issues. Please, to those that I have referred back to this thread kindly take your time to read this carefully. Thanks. |

preizton:Heyllo Sir, non that I can recommend for you right now, however, I will try and get back to you on that. Thanks. |
Good morning everyone. To those I promised that I will update the lesson on liquid soap for, here on our thread, I have tried doing so but not working out and I also noticed antispambot bans me each time I attempt to. Have got to type everything again. Will do that soon. Thanks. |
You've sent your pin, I have just sent out request to you all. Please, after the training I expect us to upload pictures from our production..... We start tomorrow. Best of lucks to us. Strongbest. |
