I'll suggest education should be the major yard stick while others follow. Education is a must.

Educational achievement is different from being an academic. By academics, I meant professionals in the education sector, people like lecturers, teachers, professors e t.c. Those are the set of people that have continously failed as administrators. Doctors, engineers, lawyers all have good education, but are not academics. Please note the difference.

Die supporting pdp? But they voted Rochas on APGA ticket. Reelected him again on APC ticket. They also voted Ohakim from a relatively unknown PPA party. APGA have held Anambra state down since how many years even without federal power or support. Even according to the Supreme Court, Igbos recently voted APC and had their votes stolen by pdp. So, how would Igbos rather die supporting pdp? Yorubas have been supporting either pdp or apc.
Igbos have been voting unknown parties since when, so where do you make your deductions that Igbos are pdp diehards? Concerning biafra, maybe what you're seeing as hate from them is just a reaction to the lies and hate you guys have been dishing them since.

Nigeria became a nation after the 1914 almagamation.. Nigeria attained self rule and independence in 1960. Sixty years after independence, the Nigerian project have failed to reach her potentials and is touted as a massive failure and disgrace among her contemporaries.

Nigeria have had over 15 heads of states who have in one way or the other contributed to the failure and deterioration of the country. Do you know that virtually all the heads of states either came from a military or academic background. The only exception to the is rule was the short lived, puppet reign of Ernest Shonekan who had a law background.

Coming down to state level, the best governors in Nigeria have had non academic non military backgrounds like law, engineering, medicine, architecture, philosophy e.t.c. Examples are Fashola, Amaechi, Akpabio, Kwankwaso, Peter Obi, Sullivan Chime, Donald Duke, Dave Umahi.
On the other side, some of the worst performing governors in the current dispensation are from the academic sector, e.g: Ikpeazu, Ayade e.t.c.

I'm not saying an academic or military person can't make a good leader, or that a non-academic or non military can't make a bad leader, but looking forward to 2023, I think it's high time Nigeria tried something different. We've given academics and military men the benefit of the doubt since 1960, and all it has shown is how hopeless, intellectually deficient and degenerate the educational and security system of Nigeria is.


If Nigeria remains by 2023 and the next election, we need to look beyond religion, tribe, reputation and other criteria of our peculiar politics. We need to consider the background of our next president. Using our past experience as a yardstick, I say a BIG fat NO!!!! to any president of academic or military background no matter how goodand enticing they look.

Please go and look for something else to talk not this one. I understand the Igbo point of view on how the Nigerian system frustrates accountability. You think you're wise, but you know nothing. Tribalism and etnnocentrism have blinded the eyes of most southwesterners.
I don't also understand you guys fixation with the Igbos desire for Biafra. If they say they want to leave, why is it causing so much pain to you guys. I need you to create a MailChimp API site. All the site needs to have is to have one input for 1 email and a button, so a user can subscribe to my mailing campaign and mailing list.

I have a 'ADULT' html/bootstrap game that I am trying to develop. I am using a grid system with HTML5 Canvas. The top 3 columns should be at 1/4, 1/2, 1/4 width. Then another row under that should have a full width.
The problem is when you resize the window, the canvas for the drawer overlaps, and there is space. I want the middle column to fill the gap. I also want the two canvas' to fit inside as well.
