Don't even try to use bidvertiser, the will only manage to pay you if your click is from a US ip or a forign country ip and they don't realy have advertisers. But you can give adbrite a try, they seem to have stipulated amount on your dairly page view, though they lack advertisers unlike google.

I was wondering why adbrite now display adchoices on their banner ads or has google bought them off, any one any info on this.

Hmm you will need a server side script as well as a client side script, there a lot of script out there, you can google it out and then script prove it for your usage.
