You need to drink a lot of water in order to avoid serious complications. You have to remember that tea, juice, coffee and energy drinks are not important fluids for the body. As a matter of fact energy drinks and coffee can only dehydrate your body, because they contain caffeine.

I present you 8 signs that can help you to discover if you drink enough water or not.

1. Frequency of urination

A healthy person goes 6 to 7 times in a day in the bathroom. The number may vary because each person drinks different amount of water. If you urinate two or three times daily it means that you do not drink enough water. That can lead to kidney problems and they won’t be able to get rid of toxins. That is why you need to drink enough water every day.

2. Dry skin

Our skin needs enough water in order to look shiny and smooth. Hydrated skin means healthy skin. If you drink enough water your skin will be soft and hydrated, not dry. Dry skin shows that you do not drink enough water.
You can notice this after you apply lotion or cream; your skin will still be dry, even if you used a lot of moisturizer or cream. If you want a positive change try and drink more water every day. Your skin will be soft and shiny.
3. Headaches

If your headache is different than the common headache it means that you do not drink enough water. You can notice this type of headache with a simple movement. It will get worse with every movement.
The pain will get worse as you bend down or move fast. This means that your body is dehydrated and needs more water. If you sweat a lot remember to drink more water.


4. Dry mouth

The saliva in our mouth is caused by lack of water. If your mouth is constantly dry it can cause permanent mouth and throat disorders. Dry mouth can happen due to certain medications or water deficiency. If you have permanent problems with dry mouth always take a bottle of water with you.

5. Urine color

One of the biggest indicators that you do not drink enough water is urine color. If you drink enough water the color of your urine should be clear. On the other hand if you do not drink enough water the color will be changed. If your urine has a very dark color you need to drink more water. The darker and brown colors mean that you are dehydrated and need more water. Remember to drink water slowly, because if you drink it quickly it can make you sick.

6. Hunger

If you feel hungry after your meal it can mean that your body needs water. In many cases our body needs water instead of food. So the next time when you are feeling hungry drink one glass of water and see if anything changes.

7. Dizziness

In many cases our body loses a lot of fluids which can cause dizziness. The fluid in our inner ear can also cause dizziness along with dehydration. If you experience this, drink one glass of water. Many athletes have this problem because they stay a lot under the sun.

8. Chronic dehydration

These are symptoms of chronic dehydration:

– Premature ageing
– Urinary tract infections
– Anxiety
– Confusion
– Constipation
– Heart burn
– High cholesterol

It does happen, I have a similar experience. Though then I haven't proposed to my girlfriend but she got pregnant even when we decided on no-sex relationship. After some years of separation, we came back together and I proposed, now we are preparing for our wedding by april. My advice is, if u sincerely love her, then forgive her, she might possibly be deceived by your friend. Remember, love covers all, both good and bad.
