Since you graduated from unizik, use WES and don't waste your time with IQAS. You can use GTBank debit card for your WES payment and get your reference no. Go to Unizik's Exams and Record to process your transcript,it's even faster now.

People please stay away from IDP. Their writing grades are ridiculous.

I can relate,do not lose focus, all you needed in writing is to give real life examples. For eg,while discussing on good road network,you should use a real life eg. Abuja has a good road network when compared to Lagos and as a result,have limited road traffic.London has the best subway in the world and this makes movement faster.

Try to give at least 2 egs in your essay

Congratulation to you. I have been off Nairaland for months. Glad to read that your IQAS report is ready and that you have as well received your ITA and now AOR.

you actually encouraged me to go with IQAS,hopefully,sooner or later,my wife's own will be ready too and we shall get our own ITA. Its 7 weeks now IQAS sent the second email to confirm that all documents are received and that her evaluation shall commence.

Thanks for your prompt response, just wanted to be sure it's registered nurse equivalent to avoid misinterpretation of NOC as I have heard that one can be denied a PR for misinterpretation of NOC

That's so not true....when bae had ielts issues, we did more than 3 EORs yet none came out favourable. Within that time some people did 1 EOR and scores were increased by 1 point.

He kept writing till he made it and today all that trauma is finally forgotten. BC turn us to prayer warrior....lol...twasnt a small something.(passed the 9th attempt with a beautiful result )

Don't worry....i know it hurts and can be demoralizing but find the courage to refire. Don't give too long an interval so u don't forget the strategies u have learnt.

This is wonderful,exactly what i expected WES to do.They actually did but refused to call it its rightful name. From what i have seen so far from IQAS,they will evaluate better.

Sounds good, people actually recommended IQAS from a Facebook group I belong to. If they can give her 3 years certificate/Diploma and 1 and half year certificate/diploma, then that would be great.

I think what ICAS evaluated that other guy's is equivalent to two certificates, degrees or diplomas because he got three years diploma separately on both RN and RM. If IQAS does the same as ICAS, u are good. I believe the guy's RN and RPN got him two certificates.... Points, too. Just wait

Alright dear, I have already paid and commenced processing of transcripts and council stuff. But what equivalence was summarized for the person that had RN and RPN? Thanks

Like I said I haven't seen anyone. The colleague whose advice I am sticking to, did assessment for RN and RPN (psych). So my hope is that RM is a longer programme if length is gonna be the issue. So u can as well wait till I have a concrete proof , that's if you dont wanna join my leap.

Please,what exactly does IQAS give as Canadian Equivalent SUmmary to Someone that has RN and RM from a Nigerian Nursing School and School of Midwifery. I need to know, to know exactly what we are expecting.

Well for this ECA, the person also sent in her high school transcript (an error on her part though). Well I hope IQAS does better.

Really? Can i really ask for a refund? If it is possible, i will do that. To be honest, is it actually possible to ask for a refund, after your evaluation is completed?

Now i see WES as bunch of confused set of people. They didn't write such remarks in my wife's copy. They didn't also give her the Canadian Equivalence summary of Four years of Hospital Training. Her 's was summarised as Secondary School Diploma. They forced her to send her WAEC for evaluation. This is something we didn't include for evaluation during registration.

When i wrote them, on why they gave her Canadian equivalent summary of Secondary School diploma,without considering her RN and RM,they responded that they are to reevaluate the the transcript. After the revaluation of wasting our time for additional 2 weeks. They came back with this email below.

Submit the same form and fill it as appropriate. Then you can verbally explain what you want to your NMCN contact person.

Thanks so much for this response, i have downloaded their "request for Academic"form which am to fill and submit to the school she trained for RN and RM. Please which form am i to submit to Nursing and Midfwiery council for processing of both license?

They didn't ask you to send your transcript as a personal copy . What you are suppose to send with your application package is a photocopy of your RN certificate (or notification if your certificate isn't out) and your RM notification.

Then you apply to your schools to send the official transcript to IQAS directly.
You can write in the additional info that you have included your cert and notification and requested for verification of both license from NMCN to be sent directly to them.

As advised,i have paid for iqas and trying fill the checklist to submit with the application form. Please tell me if this ok. They mentioned about photocopy of transcript which is difficult to achieve. whats your advice

My wife just had her RN and Midwifery evaluated by WES, meanwhile within her evaluation they requested see send her WAEC result. At the end of the evaluation, the Canadian Equivalence summary they gave her is Canadian Diploma, ignoring to reflect her RN and Midwifery in the summary. Please what is the implication of this?

I also got the text on saturday inviting me for interview on 27th january too, i wrote the test on 14th january, they callded it "FORMAL" interview what do they mean by that?
