Man management has its place in keeping the players united and grounded. But it doesn’t necessarily translate to good team chemistry. Then you also have the aspect of player/team motivation. Knowing the right words to tell them to make them play their best. However, when it comes to tactics, it is knowing how to respond to the different playing situations. Tactics is crucial in a team sport as well. Man management to me is very important when you have high profile players.
Looking at our young team critically, I think we need more of motivation and tactics. As some of our players profile increase, more man management will be needed.
Motivation come more into man management than tactics

Klopp is very good at tactics and man management,I can assure u that.

A good example of a coach with a not so good man management skill but great tactics is Brendan Rodgers... See how much he has improved Leicester! ..including our own Ndidi and Iheanacho..

Pep Guardiola himself can't claim to be a good man manager, but we all know that he is one of the greatest tactician the world has ever seen!!

I think I'll go with the joebie submission... 60% tactics and 40% man management skill..m
How would you rank Klopp among tacticians, top 5, top 10?
SportsRe: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2027, 2028 And 2030 World Cup by Subzero047: 9:34pm On Apr 30, 2020
Danielnino00:
I disagree...

Tactics win you games and subsequently trophies...
Good management skills mostly helps u keep your team together...

Jose Mourinho didn't have the best man management skills but he was a great tactician!
Yes, also great tacticians(Mourinho included) have also have their team fallen apart

Great man managers like Klopp and others only need to motivate their players to perform to the best of their abilities

I would say 60-40 if you are serious about doing very well in the WC.
The person that won the world cup is not even a good tactician

It is okay you stay but Mbok, set up the team in a braver fashion. The potential is there but I feel fear is holding Rohr back.

To be honest, i am not really sure. I read it on operanewsapp which is not 100% reliable.
I myself doubt if he can make it at liverpool.
Big clubs swallow young players. For example luka Jovic is struggling at real madrid.
However, Victor is facing a lot of psychological pressure right now with big teams justling for him up and down.
I hope he does not break down make the wrong decisions and loose his head.
Most african players loose it at this stage.
The boy is 2 to 3 years away from drogba or sadio man levels (world class) but he needs somewhere where he can play.
All this noise may end up pulling him down.
