No earphone is perfect, they all serve their purposes.
Their are high end and mid-range just like phones.
Reason for this is because of some people who get some earphones that doesn't even have a decent noise cancellation, Hi Res audio and you automatically believe you got the best because it has a powerful name on it.

Chairman I go change your name to obawon

It's called land use charge and not land ownership or property ownership charge// or tax. Whoever is using the property at any point in time is responsible for the land use charge unless the landlord decides to take responsibility.

Abi oo and someone claim here he is also a landlord

Jabioro:
So under the new land use charges it tenant duty to pay tenament ...You are not serious..I am a landlord..

it is to be paid by both landlord and tenant using the property at the time notice is served. Your being landlord means nothing to me

Jabioro:
Extortist lawyer..it non of your business.. purely landlord business..

Go and read about land use charge before you comment

Good day house,

I have this shoe that my friend help me buy last month to wear for his men in agbada.

He bought it for 20k, it is size 41 (big) and I wear size 40 and 41 (small).

He wanted all his men in agbada to wear the same shoe, that's why he bought the same thing for us all.

I had to pack the inside to wear it that day, and since then I have not wore it again.

Make me an offer for it and is yours

Bro I need your help,I reopened the dispute to ask the seller for screen replacement, the seller offered to give me 40usd if I cancel the dispute, but the oled screen replacement cost atleast 90usd, I've asked him to increase it to atleast 60. My question now is that while checking AliExpress for the touch I see oled screen with frame and without frame, which would I buy if I'm looking to replace the screen, with or without frame?
