I want to confirm my suspicion, sir. I deposited 550 MTN airtime via Share and sell. I checked my clubkonnect dashboard and I was only credited N400. That's what my dashboard reflected even though I sent N550. Is this how your system works? I called your mobile line several times, a lady picked the call and asked me to call out the number I sent the airtime to, I went right back to my dashboard and the number has changed. Fortunately, I screenshot both. Was the N150 surcharge part of what it entails buying airtime with you? I just had to go for 500MB instead of 1G too bad. I still have N100 in my account. My registered number on your platform is 07066412XXX and it happened yesterday.
