Always running from the topic. Coward! Prove me wrong that's what I want, Otherwise stop replying shits, |
John 10: 31 what is the context? Begin from verse 23: Joh 10:23 And Jesus walked in the temple in Solomon's porch. Joh 10:24 Then came the Jews round about him, and said unto him, How long dost thou make us to doubt? If thou be the Christ, tell us plainly. Joh 10:25 Jesus answered them, I told you, and ye believed not: the works that I do in my Father's name, they bear witness of me. Joh 10:26 But ye believe not, because ye are not of my sheep, as I said unto you. Joh 10:27 My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me: Joh 10:28 And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand. Joh 10:29 My Father, which gave them me, is greater than all; and no man is able to pluck them out of my Father's hand. Joh 10:30 I and my Father are one. John 10:28: ", No man can pluck them out of my hand" John 10: 29: ", No man pluck them out of my father's hand" John 10:30 "I and my Father are one" In this (that's in purpose) they are one. That is the CONTEXT. But even if for the sake of argument agree that it implies what you want it to imply, here is another verse that refute you: Joh 17:21 That they all may be one; as thou, Father, art in me, and I in thee, that they also may be one in us: that the world may believe that thou hast sent me. So you mean if we agree about your non-sense oneness, here you mean all these people are one in God? like a sausage or sandwich? He he funny. So how many God did you (Christians) have? 12? "that they all maybe one in us" how many? 10? probablly more than 3 gods. Widen your scope. Read your bible carefully bros. Peace, |
I told you Quran uses the term Maseeh same thing as Messiah of Hebrew. Christ is a translation. You didn't answer my question yet. What does Christ has to do with divinity? What's so special about the word? every ancient King of Israel is called Anointed/Christ. |
1. Jesus didn't believe in trinity. He didn't even mentioned it throughout his life time. You believe in trinity. 2. Jesus didn't say he is God. In fact he says in the 12th chapter of Mark: "The first of all commandment is: here O Israel; the Lord our God is one Lord". He says further: "My Father is greater thanI" (John 14:28) "My Father is greater than all" (John 10:29) But you, I don't know which denomination are you but most Christians take Jesus as God. 3. Jesus said: "Am not come to change the laws but to fulfill them" Paul said: "the laws are nailed to the cross". And you sided with Paul. because you believe "salvation only comes through the blood of Jesus". Bloody salvation. Let me stop here. The contradictions are many. I can't write them all. Prove me wrong bros. Am waiting, |
What does his being Christ has to do with divinity? Sirus the Persian was called Messiah/Christ too. So what's so special in the word. Every ancient King in Israel is called Messiah/Christ. |
Prove me wrong if your religion is not contradicting Jesus. Why are you running from the point? This is Quran 19:71: "Not one of you but will pass over it: this is, with thy Lord, a Decree which must be accomplished". Better don't lie next time. |
What is the implication of Christ in Christianity? |
@daviddylan: The religion of Paul you called Christianity blinds your sight. No wonder Jesus insults you because of your adamant ignorancy and stupidity. Jesus insults you saying: "Ye serpents! ye snakes! ye generation of vipers!" Deal with it! |
Christ has no implication in Islam. We call Jesus in Quran Esaa. We only for the purpose of english readers use Jesus Christ. In fact even Jesus is not the real name of Jesus. His real name was Yeheshua/Esau. We only use Jesus as it is the english usage of the word. But you are arguing like a woman. I don't know yet what you want to prove from the word Christ. What do you want to prove? |
Christ in Hebrew means means Messiah, english; the anointed; Arabic; Meseeh same meaning as of Hebrew. It means the anointed. Priest and Kings were annointed. The Greek word for Messiah is Christos. If you remove the (os) from the word Christ(os) you get Christ. What do you want to know now? |
@Deepsight Welcome to Islam. May Allah be with you. |
@daidylan who told you we reject Christ? My problem with Christians they often fall on straw man argument any time they are debating issues with Muslims. What I want you to do is simple: prove to me that the verses I quoted are wrong or out of context and quote the correct ones instead of attacking what the logician called "The Straw-Man". Its a fallacy of argument I need not to explain it for you. And yes, am a slave of Allah. Who are you? a friend of your god Apollo? or Zeus? Ha ha, tell me which one?? |
@davidylan The responsibility of Islam is to tell you the truth and confirm your scripture. For sure we love Jesus. No Muslim is a Muslim if he didn't believe in Jesus. Can you answer me this questons: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jCUHAGa8rtQ Waiting for your answers, sir. |
@daviddylan what's non-sensical in my post? Stop spouting like arrogant as did the Jews to Jesus. Peace, |
Jesus talks about the kingdom of heaven; the fulfillment of the Mosaic laws: Mathew 5:17-20 reads: “Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil. For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled. Whosoever therefore shall break one of these least commandments, and shall teach men so, he shall be called the least in the kingdom of heaven: but whosoever shall do and teach them, the same shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven. For I say unto you, That except your righteousness shall exceed the righteousness of the scribes and Pharisees, ye shall in no case enter into the kingdom of heaven.” These are Jesus’ words, from his lips. But what did Christians say? What do they believe? Do they talk about the fulfillment of these laws? They better be because if they don’t, according to Jesus, “they shall be called the least in the kingdom of heaven”. Jesus teaches the unity of Allah; the oneness of God. In the 12th chapter of Mark, it was reported that a man came to Jesus and asked him: “which is the first of ll commandments”? and Jesus answered: “The first of all the commandments is, Hear, O Israel; The Lord our God is one Lord.” Yet, most christians says Jesus is God. It’s an amazing situation. Jesus says: The Lord our God is one Lord; Christians says: no, it is the trinity in the god-head. Contradicting the messege of Jesus. Nowhere from the lips of Jesus, did he utter trinity! And that is the core problem of the churches: they preach what Jesus never preached. Infact, Christianity went on deifying Jesus. They say Jesus walked down the Palestine as a divine being. The question here is, did he says he is God? Did he claim to be God? Did he says am god worship me? There is not in any version of the bible where explicitly Jesus says listen everybody: I am god! He never make such claims. Infact, he rebukes such claims. In Mark, 10 and Luke 18, when a certain ruler asked him, what to do to inherit the eternal life, Jesus says to him: “Why callest thou me good? none is good, save one, that is, God. He didn’t even want to be called good much less god. But did the christians follow this insruction? Not at all! Infact, they called him god. I wonder if jesus was present today how he is gonna react to this blasphemy. Propably too tense. As a Prophet and a messenger of Allah, Jesus explicitly declares in the 8th chapter of john: "I have not come on my own; but he (God) sent me." He says further, “my father is greather than I.” Jesus’ mission was to convey the message given to him by his Lord. He was no more than a messenger. He says: I can of mine own self do nothing: as I hear, I judge: and my judgment is just; because I seek not mine own will, but the will of the Father which hath sent me. The teaching of Jesus is not something new; it’s a kind of transition from the earlier teachings beginning with Abraham. If we take prayer for example, how the previous prophets pray to God, we will witness a clear consistency in their message. The bible tells us: quote: “And Abraham fell on his face and pray” genesis 17:3, and moses and Aron fell on their faces and prayed (numbers 20:6) and jesus fell on his face and prayed mathew 26:38). And that is excatly how Muhammad SAW prayed and the whole muslim world prays like that. The christians don’t pray like that though. They have their own kind of worship. Who is really tryin to imitate jesus? Christians or muslims? And that is the main problem of christianity: its not a religion of jesus; it’s the religion consructed about jesus. The message of jesus is islamic in every sense: believing in one God, he never mention the mystery of trinity; that he’s a preacher, teacher, messenger and no more; that salvation rests by keeping the commandments; and son. Infact even his diet isnt christian, jesus’ diet is islamic as he didn’t eat pig he kills over 2000 pigs says the bible. For we believe that jesus was a muslim; and his message is islam. Little wonder that on his second coming he is going to rejects the christians for they misunderstood him and his message. The bible tell us in the 7th chapter of mathew: Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works? And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity. Jesus is going to rebuke the christians, and this is in consequence of the diversion in christianity from the real message. Its like a dialectic between the 2billion christians and jesus. Christians are more concerned with the one who did the preaching than what he preached. It’s a kind of shift from the message to the messenger. And when this kind of shift happens, problems and misunderstanding emerged. If the emphases is in the preacher, racial pride and nationalism come into play. You cant value the message if you’re too obsessed from where it comes from. Jesus pray to God; christians pray to jesus. Christianity is a religion of paul constructed against jesus. Jesus was a Muslim and his religion was Islam in every sense. Watch my videos: www.youtube.com/Sohyb09 |
The Sunday's religious violence that erupted in Jos claiming over 400 lives was set to be initiated by the Muslim Fulanis' and therefore pointing fingers on the Islam as a terrible and terror-base religion world-wide. As a Nigerian Muslim, our responsibility is not to be harsh and start acting furiously; our responsibility is to calm down and prove with wiseness and humble actions that we in fact are not terrorist. As Islam condemns all act of terrorism and violence. The Nigerian country is not a one-religion-country, it is both a Christian and Islamic state and therefore we must accept and appreciate our differences. Even our noble Prophet, Muhammad (S.A.W) relates kindly with the Mushriks during his life time. And in suratul Kafiroun, he is meant to say: "Unto you (the Mushrikun) is your religion and to us ours. I made a video for the mutual realization and the love of our country and our religion. I would be grateful if you spare some minutes and have a look: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CQmwXLukjQY Assalamu-alaikum: Peace be upon you. |
The gospel of Luke begins by saying just as many have writing the things held in common among us; it seems good to me also. Does this sounds like an announcement that what you are about to read is the word of God? That’s the part of the beauty of the bible that most people will tell you: just as Jesus is truly human and truly divine; so does the bible is truly human and truly divine. So that is what gives the Christians the cold shoulder in conceding to the human errors in the bible. If you show to a Christians an error or a contradiction in the bible he would say yes but it is inerrant in the original manuscript. Does that sound ridiculous? Is like promising some one that you will give him what you don’t have. If the original is lost then how can you prove it to me? If the missionary will make this concession; if he can say alright not all of the bible came from God. He will be more believable. Christians says God is the father of Jesus but I always ask: what do you call God? Probably father. They always say no God is the father of Jesus marry is the mother. Then I ask them you mean god took mary as a wife? Did God say this is my word? The word bible is not in the bible. Of course what the Christians are emphasizing on is a false interpretation of the scripture. Interpretation is not a foundation. Christians often interpret bible to their advantage according to the interest of the churches. For instance nowhere did Jesus says listen everybody: I am God. There is not an explicit statement saying that. What we have is bunch of interpretation. A kind of conflict between what Jesus says and what Christians says he meant. But its not justified because it could mean this and it could mean that. It’s not explicit. If you know what it means you can’t be sure how much of it came from god; if you say it all came from god; you can’t be sure what it means. If you know what the bible means then you don’t know how much of it is god word; if you want to say all of it came from god then you cant be sure wat it means See my video here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3fmIDsotZEI |

Christianity is not a religion of Jesus. It is not even a religion of monotheism, it is a Pagan religion. Watch: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FAuUs1NAHwY |
The only acceptable religion to God is Islam. Islam appeals to logic and understanding. Unlike the non-sense Christianity that believe that God is a triune God-- the trinity. That God is 3 in 1 isn't that funny? those that make sense to you? Now, trinity postulates that there are 3 gods but these 3 gods are not 3 but 1. That's God the Father; god the son and god the Holy Ghost but all these 3 gods are not 3 but 1. 1+1+1=1? does this simple addition makes sense? God the Father is not Jesus is he? NO. god the son (Jesus) is not the father is he? NO god the Holy Spirit is not the father nor Jesus is he? and all these 3 gods are god on their own aren't they? Yet, the Christians stupidity and non-sense says they are not 3 but 1. Think! Christianity is not a monotheistic religion; it's a Paganism. And by the way nowhere in the bible is trinity mentioned. The only similar verse is 1 John 5:7 where it says: "For there are three that bear record in heaven: the father and the word and the holy ghost and these three are one". Now, this verse is only to be found in the KJV if you browse through your RSV or any other version among hundreds of versions you can't find this verse. Why? 33 scholars, of the highest eminence, backed by 53 cooperating denomination of the Church of England thrown out this verse. In their own words, they said it was an interpolation; a fabrication, an invention that is not in the original manuscript. For that reason, they get rid out of it. They throw it away. I can talk on and on about the fallacy and non-sense of Christianity but I don't have lot of time. Islam appeals to reason, logic and simple understanding. In Islam, we believe in One and Only God, in Arabic, we call Him Allah. What's wrong with that? is it wrong to believe in one God? the one who created you and me?Not of course! Now, we (in Islam) believe that, this God Almighty has no son or daughter nor any partner. He is the only God and besides Him there is none. Holy Quran 112:1-4 beautifully defines God as follows: "Say: He is Allah (God) the one and only; Allah, The Eternal; The absolute; He begets not nor was He begotten; And there is none like unto Him" What a beautiful definition of the Almighty. In Islam we believe in all the Prophets of God, from Adam, Abraham, down to Moses, Jesus and Muhammad (peace and blessing of Allah be unto them all). And we believe they practice same religion. What religion? there religion, Adam, Abraham, Moses, Jesus and Muhammad was "The total submission to the Will of one God". Now, one word for that lengthy definition is ISLAM. Islam means "Total submission to the will of one God". The religion of Abraham was ISLAM; The religion of Moses was ISLAM; The religion of Jesus was ISLAM; The religion of Muhammad was ISLAM. My religion is ISLAM: The total submission to the will of one God NOT Jesus NOT Holy Ghost, but one God (Allah). I have refuted Christianity in many topics. So sad seeing hundreds o lives lost in the name of ethno-religious differences. Watch my video please: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CQmwXLukjQY |
The Sunday crisis in Jos which claims over 500 lives was another violent ethnic-religious crisis in Nigeria that has been happening almost every day. My aim for this piece is not to narrate the whole story. My aim is to appeal to my fellow Nigerians on how to end such stories-- such violent stories of live lost and barbarism all in the name of the supposedly religion and ethnicity. I as a Muslim, Hausa, strongly believe that religion and ethnicity in Nigeria is a thing that we need to hang in our closet. But what we need to carry along and talk about in public, is, how to tackle the problem of hunger and electricity and unemployment in our society. Am not a columnist, so am not going to dwell in the topic. I made a video concerning this. Please endeavor to have a look and approve the message of peace by leaving a comment. Here is the link of the video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CQmwXLukjQY Thank you. |
