With FX reserves depleted, the country over-borrowed and over-spent, and still no refinery to stop the FX capital flight from importing refined petroleum products, (let's not even talk about capital flight from Japa wave lasan) gbagbe dollar go everly still rise. Not a matter of IF, but WHEN. I personally am waiting for the low so I can mop up as much as I can.
