Excuse me, please, define "religious purposes" and tell us what those purposes involve. Does it include praying to statues, or reverencing statues, or making statues (like you said) or owning statues and using statues for personal prayers? My Bible WAS compiled by the Catholic Church, but my Bible WAS NOT compiled by the Roman Catholic church. There's a critically big difference, and the Catholic Church (the entire body of Christ) IS NOT THE SAME as the Roman Catholic Church. You said you make statues for religous purposes.
