CarterIV:Sorry bro! I only share my experience. God be with us. |
CarterIV:Well maybe I was lucky. No passage, no tables no graphs just normal O level matches and for English it's just nearest in meaning, synonym and antonyms, and one or two gmat pattern questions but it's mostly O level . Sorry if you feel I misled you, but I studied the past questions all night and non of it was asked and not even anything close to those kind of questions in the past question. |
It's all O level maths and English questions, relax no complex questions. We hope for the best. Off to second interview on the day. |

ifewunmy:I did my test without it, explain that you applied and havent gotten it. They will accept other docs and allow you in, the lady said before the final stage i should get it ready. |
I wish i had seen this thread before i went for the test on 14th of Oct. Let me gist u guys about my ordeal... The interview was for 9am, i got the 8:45am. The lady at reception is short fair and thick girl babe like that welcome me and after some minutes gave me a test to write. I met a pregnant lady there, then she ask her to join her in a meeting room directly opposite the reception and ask me to come too after she was done with her. She asked a few things and about the pay she said their standard for the job of a PA is 70k and i might have to close late like 8pm *once in a while if the principal partner is busy*, i said OK! My OK was only for the fact that i was ready to take up the job just to get some experience on my CV, she ask that we wait for the madam to come so she can interview us, ok we agreed to wait. Not until around 2:10pm before she arrived, i was hungry and tired of sitting but i was attracted to this firm because i need experience and i saw on their website thats its an International law firm. After some minutes, the receptionist ask the pregnant lady to follow her and they return after some minutes ..its my turn! While on the stair case the girl was kinda afraid and i do not seem to understand. She ask me to wait on the staircase so she can peep to see that shes free, the she signaled me to come over so i did. On meeting her, she was ask few questions regards my CV and she was blunt that and i quote "You do not have any post-nysc experience, you have never worked to earn in your life, nobody has time to be teaching you anything here so we need someone with lots of years of experience, we do not have a job for you here" that statement really got to me cos they didnt listed any years on experience when i saw the advert. Her utterances made me feel rejected for being a fresh graduate, and also makes my certificate just a paper. I felt bad because her usage of words are rather too rude, and doesnt seem to care about how you feel after they made me wait all day to hear all that bullshit! At first i was gonna ask, if she had posted a need for experience and even my tfare as she wasted my whole day at the yeye office with no AC working in their reception out of the two installed. On completion of a statement, i had to control myself and say thank you then leave the office. I regret i wasted that whole day ...that day's experience almost made me gave up on job hunting and even almost regretted going to school. |
Nobody mention about the hot sun over there na |
Please who have been contacted about the test we did? Make we know way forward on this. |
1. He just want to take advantage of you 2. His last message posit that he feels you can't survive without him 3 if you must buy for him, go online you will see Gucci replicas that goes for less than 100-150$ or20k naira, if u can afford that fine. I bet he won't recognize the difference. |

Are they drying up from bottom-up?
I mean are those in the bottom drying up faster than the leaves from the top ? |

This bros is nothing but am internet farmer who is out to sell material ![]() Dear intending farmers, please go and learn practical things on an existing farm not reading some manuals. How can you plant watermelon and not visit your farm atleast every two days if not everyday? And whats the big deal about telling people days u visit farm so they can come at their pace? why waiting for fix a day to visit farm ? How come you can picture your farm? not even a pics with you on your farm or your prodcuts? (even that can be easily gotten from internet) Doesnt add up at all ooo! |
Olamimo Olamimo Olamimo! Keep it up bro! |
Dear AgricLanders I am a potential farmer who is hoping to join a farm soon to learn somethings about basic farming. I developed interest in agriculture for many reasons which of course includes money and unemployment rate in Nigeria obviously (even though I'm just concluding my NYSC service)For some weeks now I have been nurturing some questions in my head and I wish to open up this discussion to AgricLanders with opinions and facts so everyone can learn from. We shouldn't always be talking about how much returns to project, we should also be worried about the environment, Mother Nature and quality of our produce which comes to the issue of growing organically. My greatest fear isn't about inorganic farming actually, but it boils down to GMO and seeds (Genetically Modified Organisms) some call it Genetically Engineered seeds etc just a matter of nomenclature. Few questions that every farmer must answer; - what is our perception and knowledge about this? - what is our contribution towards supporting it or against it? - do we trust the source of our seeds? - almost every thread, everybody is talking about hybrid seeds and so on, is there any relatedness between hybrid seeds and GM seeds? About a year ago, I read somewhere that the previous administration and his minister of Agriculture (the new afdb president) were already distributing over 1.4m of BT/GM Cocoa pods to cocoa farmers and also BT cottons in the Northern Nigeria already, the same seeds that the India farmers are fighting against now? What about the BT Cassava, cocoa pods and now Maize/corn ![]() Dear farmers, I am an advocate of natural living and i so much respect and envy nature. This brings up the topic of healthy living. The floor is open for facts and figures, better explanations from well learned folks in this field, seasoned farmers what are your challenges, seeds sellers and distributors. Are we for or against GMOs in Nigeria? Our borders are porous to start with. Let me just stop here and raise opinions. Cc: jasper, Jethro, world1, soloxam, Lesgupnigeria etc.

Just a few questions nobody ever answered me. How did the ibos built Lagos? Was Lagos a farm land before they came ? Was Lagos an empty space before they arrived? How Did they built the infrastructures, industry and the economy of the state ? How come other tribes haven't made this statement that Lagos is No Mans Land? What do you talk of the Aworis, the Ibeju Lekkis, The Islanders, The Ikorodus, Mushin Ajinos, The Badagrians, The Epes, Ibejus etc? |
Is he talking from exile ![]() |
