coolbis:I wish I had seen your post before posting mine. You read my mind bro! |
@op; based on all you listed above, I would go for GMB simply because all the failures you listed below are ordinary characteristics of a military rule. |
1. Your source nA error 2. Provide the names of the two Saudi billionaires 3. Provide picture or video proof that he met with them in London. |
May God deliver us in Nigeria, despite fall in Naira they are still lavishing $$ in this country how then will Naira appreciate this pics Is circulating already. I hope it's not true tho!

No pictures? No specific location? Just Suleja where in Suleja make I go photos come. Yeye people! Who came to inaugurate it ? My guess there is a federal project just started around Rafin sayin area and I know it's only in bush clearing stage. |
dsauce:My best advice just contact them with your lawyer and just accept their settlement out of court which I'm sure they will want, that will save them some money and save yourself some stress too avoiding court ruling to their favor, this is naija! Settle out of court and get some 20m or more, u still have nothing to lose. |
Somebody tell him to pay our state allowee abegi orelse we no go enter class again sef :d |
22k ? location: Suleja Deal ? |
@OP is dieing in ignorance somebody call 911. Card readers are not for voting but only for accreditation. Even the link you pasted I doubt if you read talkless of understanding its content. The basic reasons for the card is; 1. To authenticate that the PVC is genuine 2. It is a known fact that some people have multiple PVCs at different polling units and would intend to vote with all, this won't work again. Only one of the cards will eventually vote. What's this noise about PVC sef and even during the training we were told that in the event where finger print cannot be read by the card reader but the PVC we authenticated so person should be allowed to vote and will fill a form on the spot. Finished! This would surely save time compared to manual checking. |
Please don't be deceived o that man can only say that in the south o. The north still support PDP but you won't see them attach themselves with Jonathan. That man just saying his own rubbish ni o. In the entire north places I know Jonathan can get upper edge is Abuja, Taraba and Benue, leave the whole of North West and East abeg. The north have decided since teytey, they just don't want Jonathan candidature but they still cool with other PDP candidates. |
gidola:Ilorin should be first on that list, also Minna should be there. |
No sir you can't because the card readers will be preloaded with only registered voters in that particular units only. If you wish to however, you can simply walk to the nearest inec office in lagos and apply for a change of polling unit, the earlier the better! That's the only way you can. |
nzeadachie:1. I refuse to believe that JEGA is not the man directly in charge of logistics, he is the head of INEC and only gives directives to RECs and EOs 2. Your ignorance is that Borno state was among the first states to get PVCs they were among the first to be distributed to which was done by picking two states in each geopolitical zone and note that not the whole of Borno state is under Bokoharam it is 16 lgas in the 3 states affected not just Borno. So stop thinking the whole of Borno state is under Boko hands. 3. The withholding of People pvc in lagos honestly I'm not in lagos as at then and I cannot comment on that. |
omolami:Sorry to say but your post is so silly and dumb! I assume you are educated bro! Let me enlighten you! 1. Nigeria constitution did not frown at the use of the card reader or any electronic machine for "electoral process" what it frown at is the use of electronic machines for Voting. You need to to understand the difference between those two. You can refer to the constitution for barter enlightenment. 2. The use of card ready has been planned for since the plan to issue PVC was finalized. It was part of the plan bro, PVC is an electronic card not just a plastic ID card sir! 3. I was part of the Inec training for the adhoc staff, and I do not see anyhow the card reader can delay any accreditation anywhere except if the P.O. At the polling unit refuse to attend to people which would be a grave thing to do on that day. And people would simply react to it. That's not even possible. 4. I hope this helps and if it doesn't kindly refer to any inec office and request for the training manual or beg them to enlighten you on how the add readers works and also refer to your constitution, you can get it for less than 500 naira in a book shop around you. |
Ignorance is still good only if you wish to learn, when you refuse to learn foolishness don join am be that. Even in Lagos here u can rent a flat for just 1-2 weeks talkless of London where it is normal for short term stay. U can even rent one day, it is better off an hotel sef. Somebody check airbnb.com that's my favorite. Now I have not seen any crime he committed by moving to a rented flat in London. What's the biggie about that now? We need to start being open minded before we reply post here! Esp the TANs they try to make out excuse to paint everything bad. |
L0nestar:God bless you for this! |
papaejima1:Take it from me u busted nothing I only decided to save myself the stress of argument. 1. U claim the caps matched right ? Indicating those pics were taken same day in 2013 Now ... 2. What about the man's trousers ? How come they didn't match the other pics? 3. What about Buhari's cloth ? How come they are different? 4. Buhari is based in Nigeria where we don't get to have extreme cold, as I don't see any big deal about him having a favorite pull over he takes along whenever he's traveling or have same color of more than one 5. What about Buhari's cap too ? You guys just jump into conclusions without weighing possibilities. I see no reason why wound yourself over this if you are not earning from it. Hence I expect you to be open minded and reason possible events before concluding. I am not arguing the pictures might be or might not be from 2013 but my problem is that the proof you brought does make any sense! Not substantial enough! Peace!!! |
No argument! I pray for you to view things with open mind and not based on a predetermined notion. I knew with time more truth go come out! This is one, let's wait for more papaejima1:No argument! I pray for you to view things with open mind and not based on a predetermined notion. I knew with time more truth go come out! This is one, let's wait for more |
papaejima1:How come the trousers doesn't match too if it's same cap color. And this you see his face ? Can't we just be open minded for once? Na so so sentiment! |
BY JACK MOORE 2/20/15 AT 12:08 PM FILED UNDER: World, Nigeria, UK Nigerian opposition leader Muhammadu Buhari has flown to London in an attempt to ease Western fears about his leadership in the event that he succeeds in winning the upcoming presidential election. Buhari, election candidate for the All Progressives Congress (APC), is up against incumbent Goodluck Jonathan in the vote, delayed until March 28 by the electoral commission on the recommendation of the country’s security services. The security authorities claimed that a six-week military operation against the radical Islamist group Boko Haram, which is being conducted in the northeast of the country, was scheduled to begin on the same day as the election, leaving an inadequate security presence for voters in the rest of the country. Try Newsweek for only $1.25 per week According to his campaign, after flying in from the Nigerian capital, Abuja, Buhari is set to speak at the foreign policy NGO the Royal Institute of International Affairs at Chatham House as well as holding talks with “key members of the British political establishment”. However, Chatham House could not confirm that he would be speaking, only saying it was “likely” and Newsweek could not determine who Buhari would be meeting. Manji Cheto, West Africa analyst at political risk consultancy Teneo Intelligence, believes that Buhari’s flying visit to Britain is to show Western officials that he is someone who will “adhere to democratic principles” if he is elected next month. “This is designed to position Buhari as pro-investment and pro-Western partners,” she says. “What [western officials] have heard is mostly information that the PDP [the rival People’s Democratic Party] has said to the world through propaganda.” “It’s him having private meetings as well to calm Western partners about any potential autocratic tendencies so to speak,” she adds. A journalist with knowledge of the situation on the ground in Nigeria, who declined to be named on matters of Nigerian politics, added that the devout Muslim politician is on a “charm offensive” to reassure Western officials about not only his own credentials but also his ability to tackle the threat of the Boko Haram insurgency. “There is a feeling of anxiety among Western governments about Buhari, about what he represents and who his backers are,” the reporter noted. “So it doesn’t surprise me that he has flown in for talks before the election.” “He wants to, as much as reassure them about himself, also convince them that he has got a plan for dealing with Boko Haram. I think that would be top of his agenda.” Buhari - a former military general - has failed on three occasions (2003, 2007 and 2011) in his bid to return as Nigerian president since the country moved from a series of military rulers to a democratic system in 1999. He survived a Boko Haram assassination attempt last July when a suicide bomber aligned to the radical Islamist group targeted his car in the northern city of Kaduna. http://www.newsweek.com/nigerian-opposition-leader-buhari-arrives-london-charm-offensive-308235 |
