Foreign Affairs › Re: NATO And US Betrayed Ukrainian Young Children And Women. by sunboy(m): 5:41pm On Feb 26, 2022 |
EdoBoy90: In 1994, Ukraine had the third largest weapons in the world but US and NATO persuaded them to disarm their nuclear weapons or denuclearize with the assurance of protection. Today, they are telling Ukrainians to fight for themselves. If Ukraine had nuclear weapons, Russia wouldn't have invaded Ukraine. Nuclear weapon is a deterrent. With what is happening in Ukraine, Kim Jong Un, Supreme Leader of North Korea, please accelerate your nuclear weapon development. The world is not for the weaklings but for the brave and strong.
In Putin's words, "anybody meddling in Russian affairs will face the consequences that they haven't seen in their history before and that the action will be immediate." Hypersonic missiles and Nuclear Weapons of Russia are keeping NATO at bay. Russia has the largest nuclear weapons in the world. This issue should've been settled with Putin on a round table. First; Stop being emotional and calling the west names. The Memorandum, was signed by Russia, Ukraine, Britain and the US, promised that none of the nations would use force or threats against Ukraine and all would respect its sovereignty and existing borders. The agreement also vowed that, if aggression took place, the signatories would seek immediate action from the United Nations Security Council to aid Ukraine. It wasn’t signed by just US and NATO like you insinuated. 2. Ukraine does have the physical missiles at hand on its territory but they don’t have the control and command over it. All Soviet nuclear weapons are only controlled from Moscow. Ukraine would need to build its own control center from scratch, this will most likely cause issues with its new neighbor Russia, the allies (US, UK) cos they were trying to support them with funds then. On the other hand, Western Allie’s we’re worried about those weapons ending up in the wrong hands, considering that those soviet nations were poor then. So, nobody deceived them to give it up, they had no much choice then. Russia was offered the same too, to disarm but Russia didn’t instead Russia took over most of Ukraines missiles. |

aribisala0: Let us leave all that "mad man" and other emotional stuff to one side
If you are old enough to have been aware during the Cold War and the fall of Berlin you would understand.
His actions are completely rational based on Russian interest
After the fall of NAZI Germany in 1945 the US became the dominant force in Western Europe militarily and economically and was hostile to Communism .
After the fall of Communism the Natural thing to do would be to integrate Russia into Europe. The US see that as a threat and has done everything to stifle the economic progress of Russia. and to undermine and humiliate it
Just imagine how dominant the US would be in the world if Russia did not exist.
Sometimes you need to fight wars to show the world what you are capable of . The US did that in Iraq and Afghanistan. Nothing new
Ultimately Russia and NATO will go to war , that is inevitable because after Ukraine Russia will still want to push NATO out of Poland, Latvia Lithuania and Estonia. That is obvious and predictable I’m not emotional kankan. And I never said his actions wasn’t logical in the defense of his country. But, a war with your direct neighbor could be messy. And no, it’s not predictable for Putin to push for those countries to back out of NATO. What is predictable is doing all he can to make sure Finland, Sweden remain neutral and he’s already threatening them not to even think about it. |

ivolt: You obviously know nothing about history, government or even business deals. Agreement has specific legal meanings.
Russia says few days ago that it is not invading Ukraine, it will be foolish for someone to conclude that Russia had an agreement not to invade Ukraine. This is for a factual event.
Imagine using a fictional story created by Putin as the legality of an agreement?
I may be wrong though. Just post the agreement and its details. You have absolute no idea. Lots of credible websites covered it, I am not about to paste web links for you… if you don’t know you don’t argue. Even NATO officials did not deny such agreements… they only said “ the pledge was about Germany not the whole of Europe” the agreement was made when the Berlin wall fell. East Germany was Soviet alligned, and West was already part of the alliance. The Soviet allowed the reunified Germany to join the alliance on the pledge that nato won’t go further East. While Russians are saying the pledge was to cover all of Eastern Europe. NATO/US are saying NO, it was a discussion exclusively about Germany. So, nobody denied such agreement like you insinuated. Both sides just have a difference context of the agreement. Who’s lying about the context is the question at hand not about if such pledge existed or not. |

aribisala0: Cuba was not a sovereign nation in 1962?
Why is the US still occupying Guantanamo Bay?
Do not be naive .
You need to go back in history and study it VERY WELL.
How and why did Britain take over Hong Kong from China for 99 years Nations are sovereign if the World powers allow it. That s how it has always been. How was Kosovo created? Was it not part of another sovereign nation? America decided it could break away and aided it by force. The rest is geography
Sovereignty is not just in word. With the dollar hegemony even Nigeria is not sovereign. We do what Washington says
Was Libya not sovereign? Today WE are paying the price for Libya
Russia's invasion is terrible but for every person killed in Ukraine the US has killed 100. They are much worse and what is funny is how African victims of the West continue to worship them and parrot their propaganda. You absolutely nailed it! christistruth01: Ukraine has Existed for Centuries
Though Russia and Ukraine were both part of prince vladimir’s Kingdom
prince vladimir was the first to Accept Christianity and have his People Converted to Christianity
He was more Ethnic Ukrainian than Russian but it was his People that Migrated to Russia and took over
Though Ukraine May look Small as far as Christianity is concerned Ukraine is Russia’s Spiritual Father and the even Smaller Greece is the Spiritual father of both of them
It was Apostle Paul and St Barnabas that Converted the Greeks to Christianity
prince vladimir was an indigene Of Kiev
If Russia attacks Ukraine it must backfire because it was Christian Ukraine that gave birth to Russia
prince vladimir ruled the Rus Tribe that the Bible calls Magog
It was prince vladimir’s Rus Tribe that became Ukraine and Russia
The Rus Tribe is in the Bible in Ezekiel 38 and 39
Ezekiel 38:2 NKJV
2 “Son of man, set your face against Gog, of the land of Magog, [a]the prince of Rosh, Meshech, and Tubal, and prophesy against him,
Even in African Culture it is very well understood that nobody can attack their father without serious Consequences
Ukraine gave birth to Russia I think you should rephrase as “ the modern Russian people migrated and expanded from an area In Ukraine. That’s their root, before expanding into current day Moscow” |

And is invading a sovereign state the solution? No matter how you puppet try to paint it.. Putin is the aggressor here..
Russian Federation feels ownership over Ukraine. It shows in how they treat them.. The reason I see here is cos Putin wants to rebuild USSR with Russia on top. Ukraine being in NATO would be a disaster for Kremlin aspirations while Kyiv is capital of Ukraine and if Kyiv doesn’t want to be friends with Russia - that means Russian myth of big brother will collapse..
