Don't know why people beg online nowadays.

Many years ago, my cousin that was a student with similar challenges did not take to begging. Rather he will find construction sites to work and get paid by carrying blocks...until he graduated.

The guy is now enjoying his life in the USA.

So, find something to do around you rather than begging.
