I am using xiaomi mi4 n its the best phone i can tell you. The camera is awsome, though its just 16gig of internal memory. What i do is that i synch my photos to cloud. The products are awsome and updates comes every two weeks on global rom MIUI7 6.4.14. Stock rom drains battery n makes the phone heat up.

The 6.4.14 means android 6, the 4 means the month of release n 14 means the date it was releases

MIUI 8 WILL BE LAUNCHED ON THE 10TH OF MAY.

Please how do go about it mine is hot and drains battery quick

phranco: pls this issue of battery prblm of infinix shuld not be over flogged.i think the phones performance is generally ok aside 4rm the ba3 life and low RAM.its a good phone though.afterall almighty blackberry also has ba3 issue,always drained within 3-4 hours heavy usage.i even have extra ba3 4 my BB.So condeming the product or ranting is not the solution.i rather suggest we go their fb page,commend the product,lay ur complaint in a polite manner i.e.complain abt the ba3 and RAM,ask them 2 upgrade their ba3 to at least 23-25000amh,and their ram to 1GB.i think in doing so,our suggestion will reach the appropriate quarter,rather than using rude statements and ur id's getting blocked. Infinix is a good piece of gadget anyway,u dont expect a 100% performance for a 25k android,hmmm u be thief?afterall there are some smart phones that is costlier than infinix that stil has this ba3 issue eg blackberry.so lets not condem them abeg.

my brother you are not correct oh, i bought one infinix race(x400) and i realy regret it, because the phone hangs while on multi task. ram is total 341mb available used and unused, and when browsing mennnn, the phone can boil water believe me am not joking u cant be holding it confortably for 1 hour browsing, i had to return it to carl care today. just 7 days old phone, not even talking of the battery, you charge for 3 hours and drain in two hours and the hotness na D.I.E, so people lets call a spade a spade, for now infinix need to go do some correction on thier phone, am realy hopping they will change mine, other wise i just use oxy-acetelyne gas to roast it, because any time i see the phone or remember i have it i feel rubbed.

I also have an infinix x400 when browsing the thing get very very hot, and must be pluged to light other wise it will off in 2 hours time, the most anoyin thing is that it hangs while doin multi task, what every smart phone is expeted to do, if not I can cope with the battery and manage the hotnes, and the phone is just 7 day old 20k wasted.

i think speed is always the best in every thing, 3g is beta because you still have the option of switching back to 2g any time you like, and back to 3g any time u want speed, so my guy no consol yourself, 3g phone is beta thats why they are always more expensive.

Guys cool down its not a bad thin takining it for free, afteral they knew the value of naira to dollar, why din't they take the cost to naira value like, 1 naira and see if people will go for cracked one ? so let it be. freely given freely taken, i love this topic realy educative

The only solution i know is to flash the phone i have tried lil_wayne formulas he dint work . Or just try it your self . If she uses a symbian phone install call recorder on her phone any time you hold the phone you can play the conversations one by one .note dont let her know that her phone record calls . @otikpoko Use contact backup its a symbian software just back up your contact to memory card send it to another phone you can retrieve it back when the need arises . Or install anti thieft on your phone as soon as the person swap the sim it will send text message to a pre defined number by you .

@lecxy1 its not goin to be easy . And its a very dangerous thing. it has to be done with you practicaly, because if there is any power failure or mistake ,forget the phone for life. Its either you use box, nokia universal box which is very expensive. Or online with the software which is practicaly more dangerous, because if your browsing network drops or light or any huddle, you are dead, (not literally ) so my advice is ; go and learn it from phone repairer, for me thats the best option , may be some one else can come up with a better option for you, but what ever they tell you, try it with your own first ( so that you nor go go buy super market )
