ladylco: They don't need to scan their pport pic to you just tell them to go to any photo studio to snap pport pic in USA visa application specification and ask the photographer to send them the soft to their phone via email, watsapp or Bluetooth; which they in turn will send to you via email or watsapp.
You will use the soft copies send to you to upload their photo accordingly on their respective apps.
You can then go to any photo studio close to you to print the pport in hard copies if the need be.
All the beat Thanks so much for this! It didn’t occur to me...been doing that for other docs. Grateful!!! |

OmoBendel24: You must upload picture before you submit the DS160 form. You will then add two of same passport photographs to all other requirements for Dropbox when submitting at DHL.... Thanks Seyewest! I have two older kids in Uni outside Abuja I asked them to scan their passport pictures to me. Then I can upload. And you say it’s same passport I need to submit, they will need to send me the hard copies. |

I'm not sure that will be a big deal, i think it will be overlooked but for US visa you need to renew it before putting in an application. Great!!! Thanks JW! |

Hello Justwise, long time and well done with the knowledge you’re constantly dishing out. God will continue to reward your selflessness. I have a quick question, I submitted my daughter’s passport she’s 10 for 6 months Visa renewal this is her 5th renewal (family application) but realized later that her own passport expires in May 2018, ours is 2020. It completely skipped my mind cos I did the submissions in a hurry as I was traveling the next day to my duty station. I’m now quite agitated cos of the minimum six month rule......secondly we have a US visa renewal scheduled for February do I go ahead and renew her passport once we get it back from UKVI Thanks JW. |

@op, this is absolutely amazing. You nailed this! I have been to Orlando twice 2009 and 2015 with my hubby and four kids, and it remains one of the most amazing and most enjoyable vacations ever. Sincerely it’s a trip every family should have on their “to do’’ bucket list for travel. We stayed at Vacation Village Kissimmee, Summer Bay Resort. Awesome!!!! and yes they had Shuttle buses which saved us a ton of cash. Anyone planning this memorable vacation should please make sure they see the fireworks at Magic Kingdom which starts every night at 10pm simply magnificent!!!! |

TheLeakyTribe: It is my turn to share my testimony.
My LO was born yesterday 11th May 2016. Some of you would recall how my Dollars were stolen by my help before my trip. I was well prepared to follow it up and post everywhere about it but after my first doctors appointment here, the stolen money was irrelevant to me.
The doctor did a scan and said she found spots on my LO's heart that were indicative of either a hole in the heart or downs syndrome. I began to pray and believe God even though I was very shaken by the news.
Long story short, she arrived yesterday and is completely fine. She followed me straight from the OR to the postpartum recovery room. Join me praise the Lord. I'm one happy mumma. Oluwaseun o! ThankGod and may joy never cease in ur home! |

LadyGuinivere: Good morning Family. Please with all due respect and vis a vis the advice proffered to lookers191. Let's not forget the purpose of this thread and nairaland rules. When a poster has lied or misrepresented, advicing him to further lie or cover up or be smart or any other euphemism is in my opinion not why we are here. Even if it is not, its against NL rule 9 to promote illegal acts. People should be encouraged to be honest through hell and high water and even giving advice on how to cover up past lies undermines the advice we usually proffer to applicants to be honest.
Again vos read this thread. People from other countries and continents read this thread. Our pr is down the drains already. Let's help elevate the status of this our green pali na! Haba! Note: this post is not a direct attack on anybody and I apologise if anybody feels slighted at any of the references I made but I do not apologise for the message. I stand by it. God bless good morning Lady G...yes integrity is crucial to Nation development. Tx for the post! |

greatie: Please how much do u think a baby cot will cost if i use PSI from houston to Abuja? Hi dear, they usually calculate based on weight for air cargo and by volume for sea freight. It's $4.80 to Abuja/kg for air cargo but I would suggest you call them, my phone crashed so I don't have their number I usually mail them, or my sister in Katy Texas goes there on my behalf. But you can google them...lol. |

Mom4ever: I used Delta. It was a one way ticket with Naija Visa. Funny thing is, I called them like 3 times and the different agents said I needed to get a return ticket for baby since it's Naija Visa on an American passport. I boned and got to the counter and finally paid for a one way ticket at IAH, I guess it depends on the agent. This was in ATL..Atlanta Delta home base...the agent was just mean and na black man o! Didn't pity the young mama at all...I guess like you said meeting a compassionate agent matters!..lol! Tx dear! |

I just hope they won't disturb me at the airport cc feddy27 Please check with Delta. They didn't allow a lady on my flight back to Naija, they said she needed to get a returnbticket for her son since he's American, hmmm we all had to contribute our remaining change for her cos she was really short of cash...please confirm withbthem no harm doing so...lol dear! |

favoredgal: Key word here being HER family
Key word here being Your own cousin
truth is with inlaws, very few are exceptions. I stayed with my sis inlaw during my first missionary journey for 12 weeks / 3 months. she was very nice. she and her husband did everything for me including all dr's appointment and even stayed in the labor room with me. However your house isn't your house. No matter how nice or nasty anyone is
I agree with you Favoredgirl! No matter how nice, no be your house! My Sis- in-law turned me to house cleaner, cook and "doormat" baby sef she no even help me carry! Hian!!!
4 months is a looooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooong time.
As you are getting tired of them (which is normal and inevitable), i believe they are also getting tired of you (which is normal and inevitable)
For my second missionary journey my total waka was just 7 weeks but i stayed on my own. the difference was 7up. I Slept when i wanted to, without fear of being judged as lazy. ate when i wanted to, starved when i wanted to. I basically did things my way and at my pace. Bliss mehn |

[quote author=suntai post=43969817]@girloom, na real "gbeke" be this o! But you need to take the bull by the horn and start to dey waka come back naija! I had similar issues with my BILs wife o! Before my hubby believed me, he set a trap for her and she fell into it flat! We only greet them happy new year now o! Since then And have been married 18 years, this happened after my second child and he's 16 now... When we travel we do not bother calling them that we are around.....So my dear you in your heart knows what's best for your LO, and your family, pray to God to give you the grace, the courage and the strength to pull through. All will be well in Jesus name! |

ChicMalkia: Yes o I concur! Who is good is good...my aunt in new York doesn't send at all...if you like stay 6 months they will still treat you like a Queen because she knows when it comes to birthing and all its movements it ain't easy. I can recall how she constantly spoilt my daughter with baby clothes and toys constantly...while I was there for birthing, she even sheltered & catered for the infant child of a church member who just gave birth and was rushed to the hospital.
@girlloom if only you had taken the advise by @vcole and some others...I recall @madammamus repeatedly advised you shouldn't confront them unless maybe the day you are leaving. Just quietly do what you can to resolve the issue. The Lord will see you and your marriage through... @girloom |
