It's great to know that a lot of guys out there are well acquainted with iDevices and stuff. I just joined the party too and it was fun until i upgraded my iphone 4 without knowledge of BLOBS saving. i'm now stuck with 2 iphone 4 on iOS 5.0.1 with modem firmware 04.11.08 as a result of which i lost my jailbreak and ultrasn0w unlock. i'm double screwD. Ps is there any way official or unofficial to unlock the iphone 4s cos im expecting one soon. Thankx

if the one you' expecting is factory unlocked 4s, you don't need to bother yourself.

if MyWi caused the problem then uninstalling MyWi should solve the problem.

Sorry, I mean go to About page under settings, you will see the model I'm talking about there. If the model ends with LL then you need a valid AT&T USA sim to activate it. You can also use SAM from cydia but sometimes na long time jare

That means you didn't activate after restoring, it wasn't caused by jailbreak. You need to get a valid sim to activate the phone to solve the problem. That's all.

@all just before u do business with anyone check out his history on nairaland. Be sure he is an active poster with more than 100 posts. Get his last known posts. Track his records. google his phone numbers and scrutinize the info they come up with.
