Easiest way. When u approach a slope switch off the ignition come out and push. When u reach any hill. Carry the vehicle on ur head.

1. For manual transmission, while driving ensure to leave gear 1 and 2 as soon as possible, the other gears save fuel much better.

But don't drive at higher gear while driving slowly, that will stress the engine

2. There is really no need for air conditioner at the moment, you can survive without it. Wind all your 4 windows down, Natural breeze go enta. Economy hard!

Drag cause by 'breeze' can cause more fuel consumption than AC when the driving at relatively high speed 50 miles and above

3. Endeavor to switch off the engine during heavy traffic.

This is practical for static traffic, but, in stop and go traffic, this may be counter productive.. When driving automatic, engage to neutral in such circumstance than switching off and on, clutch can do it for manual..

4. Consider trekking at times
You own a car doesn't mean you drive it everywhere, set your priorities right!. Stuffs like going to pick up chick's, or cruising around town should be put on hold.

True! But, plan your day and do all your outings at once, if possible, when the traffic is low

5. All v6/v8 cars should be parked for now. I believe anyone who has a v6/v8 car should also have a small car parked somewhere. Use that one instead.

Bros,try to google the difference between condenser fan and blower fan .seems u don't really know the difference.

The alternator that is supplying power to the blower fan is definitely taking power from the fuel in your car and that blower fan is a substantial load on your alternator which still lay credence to the principle of conservation of energy that states" Energy can neither be created nor destroyed; rather, it transforms from one form to another.

Heard from a previous post that with o/d switched on, the car consumes more fuel. So I searched for it and switched it off on the gear lever. I've now decided to drive it while the gear lever is placed on 2 or L rather than on D. So my question is if the fuel consumption will reduce if I do this when I eventually get fuel. Thanks

In addition to what siena has said, by default every car owner should cross-check between two cars their MPG(miles per gallon)......
If you see an online review of a v4 car that uses 22mpg and a v6 uses 21mpg...Technically, it means that V4 will consume more fuel. So its important for car-users to know how much kilometres/metres they can go with "so-so" amount of petrol. So when the figures (mpg) starts going higher, you'll know something is wrong....here is a pic extract

I don't know you, but it seems ur very gud with cars. My dad's eod always start jerking when sspeedin gets to 40-50km/h. Has tried different mechanics but none seem to hav given d solution. What could be the cos and what's d solution

Those factors are also common to other vehicles as well...I believe the point is restricted to fuel consumption as it relates to engine, all other things been equal.
