Drawing from the scriptures, I will like to present very practical ways to handle Aunty Witch.

1. Love....yeah, you heard me right, Looooooveee....... fall in love with aunty witch , no be talk am o, na Jesus o

Romans 12:20 On the contrary: "If your enemy (including aunty village witch) is hungry, feed him; if he is thirsty, give him something to drink. In doing this, you will heap burning coals on his head. "

Demons do not understand love, it torments them and repels them faster than any other thing, no wonder the bible said 1 Corinthians 13:13 And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love.

Because God Himself is love, love is an effective weapon to fight the devil.

Now, let me be an Advocate to Aunty Village Witch and present an argument why she needs your love and care

1. This is a person who is living under torment of the demon residing inside her 24/7. Never ever think the host is exempted from the affliction of the demons living inside them, as a matter of fact, they are only giving you some of the cross they also bear.

2. This is a person who is compelled against her wishes atimes to attack people she holds dear to her heart

3. This is a person who suffers impersonation, as the demons do not ask for her permission to wear her image to appear and attack people in the physical and via dreams

4. This is a person who knows her soul is in damnation and she may have to live eternally with the devil, you need to look beyond her defiance, she has resigned into the fact that no one can save her, thats what the devil keep telling her.

5. This person has suffered more abuse than you can even start to imagine, the demons inside her compels her to only move among people who are equally demonic with far more wicked demons. Atimes, they beat her, rape her, molest her...yeah,she never told you!! but these things happens!!!, I have come across one who is constantly raped by demons physically every night!!. How do you think a woman feels, knowing she has been disflowered by an entity that is not human??

The village witch suffers far far more than you know!!!!!!

I guess a good question to ask is how to differentiate a mental illness like bipolar disorder from a spiritual attack. I remember when I was hospitalized the first time I was frequently writing in a journal and among the things I wrote in there was helping my parents believe in God again. My conviction was stronger then. I've only had two episodes that I've experienced (both with psychotic features). During both experiences I would become unusually spiritual/religious.
I've also experienced sleep paralysis but not to the extent of the account of my sister. I haven't had a sleep paralysis incident in a very long while.
Typically I have lived alone (currently living with a roommate but will soon be back on my own again). I remember one incident where I was on my couch in a previous apartment after watching something on TV and being in some kind of half sleep feeling like an entity was slowly trying to UnCloth me. It seemed like some kind of hazy figure. There was one night in particular that I'll never forget when I was staying at this same place where I was dreaming and it felt like I was free falling into some black abyss. It scared me so ultimately I woke up.
Prior to my second episode I developed an unusual fascination with repeating numbers like 2:22, 3:33, 4:44, etc. Whenever I would see these I attributed some kind of meaning to it and thought they confirmed thoughts that I had. I used to be into that "The Secret" and other related metaphysical books/teachings. I was even a member of a metaphysical church called Center for Spiritual Living here in Texas. I have been involved in Vipassana meditation and have since my last retreat decided to stop altogether.

If I wasnt before, I am now very sure you have been under demonic attack and it has been mislabeled bipolar. I have seen quite alot of demonic cases spanning more than a decade now,alot of jaw-dropping unbelievable situations still I am yet to see one (relating to physical conditions) that do not have a medical name to it. When extremely clueless, medical diagnoses have tagged some physical conditions to be a yet-to-be-identified virus infection. Yet, some of these cases (a good number) have disappeared without a trace immediately after a deliverance session.

One of the elements of Vipassana is realization of non-self, can you see how this can open a Christian to demons of confusion and schizophrenia?, during meditation, dont you have to blank out your mind?. The fact you went into Buddhism as a Christian gives satan the legal ground and right to torment you. The good news is that God can deliver you from the hand of these tormenting demons and you can live to fulfill the purpose God created you for.

I do not hate my sister at all, I love her (I hate the witch craft thou)...it brings tears to my eyes for everything that has happened, but I am being honest when I say the constant attacks have made me weary of this. For ten years this has been going strong. Dreams I should be having about my future husband, business, life, are instead crammed with this witch craft. It's as if I cannot have a life except to fight this. Me and my younger sister believe strongly that she has been stealing blessings, since she pretty much said as much in dream. At times she returns to hand something back to us, but this soon after she is back to retrieve it. On the occasions when I think fondly of her, the good times we shared, it's as if this empowers her demons to attack me more. I then tried to stop thinking on her at all,....I know that's what those demons want.

Another reason I could not be around her is because whenever we spoke I would get unbearable headaches. I have recently discovered if I am around any kind of witch craft or anyone with ill intentions I will get horrible headaches.

I believe is the root of many things occurring in my family is because my father was in many occults which my mother had no idea of when they married. He left my mother and all of us when we were small but his legacy lives on. My mother made enquiries in her church, and was told that my sister came from the marine world. My sister used to tell us about swimming in deep oceans with people she referred to as her "friends" so I can see this being the case.

People atimes become and operate as a witch even without their unknowing, I have come across folks who truly love God but are operating spirits of witchcraft (the agent is operating the demon secondarily) to fulfill is his/her lustful desires. People can also inherit witchcraft spirits from their parents or ancestors and their are those who are willing-fully witches. A witch coven is a collection of people who are synergizing their spirits of witchcraft for their overall objectives

witchcraft is the art/craft/operations/activities of the witch (the agent) through the motivation/direction/possession of spirit of witchcraft

spirit of witchcraft is the demon, one of the foot soldiers of the devil which operates in the life of people and make them a witch, just like a type virus infect people and they become AIDS patients.

I have tried to make this distinction to arrive at this statement

I have heard people trying and praying to kill a witch believing that would bring an end to their problems, I believe it is a misdirected prayer, spirits of witchcraft do not die, demons dont die and if one witchcraft demons host dies, the demons simply look for the next available person to use and continue from where the last host stopped.

Stop concentrating on the village witch!!!!

I find it interesting that you mention the occult within your family. That has long been a suspicion of mine when it came to my family. My Dad was involved with an organization called AMORC in America for about 10 years and was actively involved while with my mother. My Dad used to do meditations and from his report this would frighten my Mom who was new to America at the time.
Although I have been officially diagnosed with bipolar disorder I still question some of the experiences I had that appeared to be spiritual in nature.
During my first episode I remember seeing what looked like demonic faces on people and how much that freaked me out. I remember seeing a false image on TV (that my mind likely conjured up) of a gay couple looking intimate and my immediate association of evil with it. I do not promote homophobia. I'm just noting what my mind was thinking at the time. At the time of this episode I truly believed that I was a born again Christian. I felt like I was being shown the "secrets" of my family, especially that of my Dad who I always contemplated whether he had hidden homosexual desires. My parents are non-believers and since childhood something about that seemed interesting to me.
I wonder if my Dad's association with this organization has had some kind of effect on the family. Both my brother and sister have been hospitalized for psychiatric issues. My sister revealed to me in the past about sleep paralysis and sensing a demonic figure that told her that it was going to kill her. At the time she was in a relationship with a man that I suspect may have been abusive to her in some way. My brother has been in and out of jail and for some strange reason appears to align himself with interesting characters for friends.

I am quite interested in your story. There is no doubt your family is under a curse due to their participation in the occult, I can wager a good sum on the fact you are more under demonic attack than suffering bipolar disorder. Are you still a born again Christian, you used the word "was". I believe you can live a normal life, if you want to

The village witch, whether the old woman that has refused to die, a well-known wicked woman, the woman who has been rumoured to have killed her husband, the village aunt who left her husband house and relocated to your family house, your Dad’s village sister who doesn’t wish him well, your nosy Landlord’s wife, the woman down your street etc, whichever and whoever it is, we all have one village witch or if not so termed a WITCH in our lives.

I used to have these neighbours; a young couple some years ago when I was a student who used to attend a local branch of a well-known Christian ministry (which I won’t mention). It so happened that our Landlord, a rather difficult man was giving us some troubles about some not so relevant domestic duties at this particular time.

I remember this evening the Landlord summoned us all to a meeting where he lambasted this couple for not taking care of the weeds which had grown substantially at the back of their window. The following day, I woke from my bed with a jump off my bed as the sudden and loud shout of DIE DIE!!!! rented the peaceful air at about 5:30 in the morning; the young couple were praying. I laid down on my bed to listen (since they were praying very loudly) to the points of their prayers and I heard something like

Husband (leading the prayer): anybody disturbing our peace and doesn’t want us to live in peace
Wife: What are you waiting foooor!!!!?
Husband and Wife (in unison): Die!!!!

Husband: everyone trying to torment our life, every difficult person the devil as sent to mount pressures on us
Wife: Oyaaaa!!!!, you and your children
Husband and Wife (in unison): Die!!!! Die!!!! Die!!!! Die!!!

It is pertinent to say after a week of this prayers, the Landlord (whose window is adjacent this couple’s entrance door) became a nicer man to all of us in the compound and the early morning prayer stopped soon after our Landlord unexpected conversion.

The approach employed by my former neighbours to handle our errant Landlord is quite common among folks praying against the village witch in their life, however in more than 90% (of the ones I have the knowledge of), the result isn’t spectacular nor immediate as theirs’.

My husband is highly spiritual, and he has been warning me about our landord's family,he always tells me the dreams he dreams concerning them, I always caution him about poiting fingers. He has been saying we should look for another house but I always don't take him serious not untiil late last year I satrted having similar dreams infact in one of the dreams, I was very sick everyone thought I would die(in the dream) my stomach was sooo big I have forgotten all that happened, so I woke up. I am quite close to this woman, I can't imagine her trying to harm me or something.
Let me also add that I have faced a lot of spiritual attacks in this house.
My husband also dreamt early this year that he fought seriously with the man(landlord) and one week later after this dream, he brougth a quit notice for us. And many differen things But I don't know, I still can't belive theycould harm us. Pls with all this and many more, would it still be 'accussing them falsely?'

Well, you can't ignore what your husband saw. I wrote about "pointing fingers" to emphasize the need for getting a confirmation from God and not taking dreams at face value.
In the case you mentioned, you should spend time in prayers with your husband to confirm, God will always confirm what He is showing us.

I was sick almost to the point of death sometime in 2012, during that period, one afternoon I was just lying down in the sitting room I was fully awake, all of a suuden I didn't know what happened I just jusst saw a womaan enter I saw her clearly, but I couldn't see her face, I saw her from shoulder to her feet(I don't know ifthat is what is called trance) cos I remember the wrapper was tying and was wearing a black lace blouse. Since then I have been so curious to know who that woman was.
My question now is that can I still ask God to unveil her being that it is over three years now? Cos I really want to know the person.

What you saw might be a human spirit with evil intent or a demon. Ask in prayers but God determines if and when He will uncover the identity (if human), some knowledge are not so good for our consumption (at a stage of our spiritual life) and God in His sovereignty may decide to make it hidden.

During my undergrad days, there used to be this woman who normally appear in my dreams and revelations, she appears mostly when I am unto a project or doing something very important, her intent always to distract and frustrate me. I prayed all manners of prayers for God to unveil her to no yield, soon she started using the appearance of people I know and when I ask God for confirmation, He will tell me no, it is the wrong person and let me add as a way of digression, we should always be careful of pointing accusing fingers when we see people appearing in our dreams because if satan can appear as an angel of light, he can appear in many other forms including in the image of the old woman from your village who may be very innocent.

Anyway, I only got to know this woman about 9 years later when I was not even asking to know again, it was a shock because in the human realm, there was nothing linking us up, she is the last I will thought of.

Now because God wanted me to be sure, He dropped a question in my mind and I asked my Mum this question "who among the women in my Dad's family was helpful when I was given birth to?",yeah.. you can guess her answer right. My mum while commending her told me how she arrived a day or two after her giving birth and how she was helpful in washing the baby (that's me), she told me the woman didn't leave until days after the naming ceremony.

Breaking from ancestral curses or bondage is an individual effort for adults. The starting point is giving your life and accepting Jesus as your Lord and Saviour.
2. Repent the sins of your ancestors and ask God to forgive and remove you from the curses of your ancestors.
3. Do away with every artifacts/objects that connects you to your ancestors or their objects of idol worship, you need to prayerfully search through your house and the Holy Spirit will lead your heart concerning this.
4. Minister deliverance to yourself or get someone who you are very sure is genuinely of God and have experience in this regard to assist you.
5. Act in faith, do not go back to sins of your ancestors especially worshiping of idols.

I have a question that's been troubling me. Is it wrong to download copyrighted materials from these torrent sites like kat.cr and piratesbay? Most of the gospel songs, Christian eBooks and some video editing software and other software in general I use are downloaded from these sites.

I want to know as I wouldn't want to commit a sin. I feel it's wrong but it really helps to get these free stuff when the prices are not affordable.

There is really no shortcut answer, one can argue for and against, however, let me share a verse with you

The problem with this question is the lack of understanding of who God is, at least in the Christian sense. GOD isnt a tyrant who seats on an heavenly throne looking for excuses to throw people into hell, far from it.

Brother you just confirmed something I almost was trapped into doing.
Some years back, I broke my celibacy of close to 10 years because Satan kept whispering in my ears that keeping my celibacy will lead me to remaining unmarried. I got into a relationship with a christian brother, hoping it will lead to marriage, but gradually, subtly I fell into sin, and my spiritual life started epping out. I decided to break it off and stand firm, and by the beginning of January 2013, I reaffirmed my stance with God. I broke communication completly with the brother. But recently he came back, trying to be friendly. We started hanging around again, my stance is resolute. At first, he was fine with my position of no body contact of any kind. He will call me, he doesn't have food, pls I shd come and help him cook. because I like to cook, I will go, he started his antics again.
One day, I asked myself what I was doing? If this guy wants anything serious with you, he would ve said it or made moves.
When your prayer partners see you here, what do u expect them to believe? That you join them to pray and yet end up in a man's house?

@CharlyG1 I can relate with your teaching on this spirit spouse problem, I had this experience while in Kaduna, I was dreaming then all of a sudden in the dream I saw myself moving very fast in a tunnel, it's not the normal tunnel it was just like moving very fast through a water hose, I've seen it in movies but I can't really describe it, then I woke up, low and behold in the room in there was a woman lying there on the beach with the sea behind her,(This was not a dream, but in the physical now) I thought I was hallucinating so I got up from the bed but it was still there facing me with well ironed green and light yellow local print, she was wearing a head tie as well, she was beautiful and well endowed, I moved to switch the light on, I was still staring at her and she was looking at me also, I shouted JESUS, then put the light on that was when she disappeared, for more than a month I slept in the guest room in the house; but presently I don't know why I see snakes sometimes in my dream, (I hate snakes with passion) I don't know if its connected to my environment, because where I stay the locals there worship serpent, I don't know if sis analice107 is aware of this, the place is Ozuoba in PH, I think I read one of your posts some time back where you said you went to preach there.

Local demons (I call them area touts) in the place of our residence, birth and atimes in our place of origin play dominate roles in demonic attacks on the life of a Christian, because they know us quite well, they do not only serve as informant (gathering intelligence about our lives) but because they saw us grow up as babes into adulthood, they know us quite well.
If I were coming to minister in your area for example, I will have to contend with marine powers in prayers before I can gain ground.

I took college Physics. Televisions, Radio and most other electrical appliances have got a capacitor, it helps to retain electrical current in the circuit, stabilize voltage and power flow to avoid raw electrical current hitting the circuit. No Minister/Christian stands 24/7 under the raw anointing of the Holy Spirit, have not seen any with such claims.

Capacitors have internal dielectric system which often drains the stored charges, the capacitors become weak and their capacitance weakens overtime, it has nothing to do with the steadiness of current supply. It needs to be recharged or replaced.

I can still recall enough elementary physics to do the talk like it appears you are full of...folks like you are good at theories but I doubt if you have ever put them into work, any minister who operates and have operated under the anointing will only laugh at your Christian physics theory.

The kingdom of God is not in mere words or quoting drakes, bible concordance, Greek/Aramaic etc, those are stuffs we are done with, there are many unbelieving theologians who do that quite often. Our study at this stage is to get ourselves approved as a workman that needed not be ashamed, dividing the word with accuracy empathizing the integrity of the word with our lives, fruits and demonstration of power with visible signs and wonders.

the journey for me has been complicated. From mosque to church, church to mosque.I accepted Christ in 2014, officially.

I'm looking forward to the day I'll tell my father I'm now a believer I've never been bold to him about it in time past.

I was watching the Fuji maestro Adewale Ayuba tell his journey to Christ the other day, it is sure not a journey for people who wants to be men pleaser. There is no need to rush to tell him, take your time in prayers and God will grant you the boldness needed. I will however advise that you exercise some restraint especially if you still depend upon him majorly for your livelihood.
