IN UNIVERSITY RANKING, WHICH GEOGRAPHICAL ZONE DO TOP THE LIST?
UNIVERSITIES FROM SW ALWAYS REPRESENT THE COUNTRY IN AFRICA N ABROAD...

THINK STRAIGHT......
Old news! It seems you have been reading too much of Femi Fani-Kayode's publications lately? grin ;DThat was before 1980.

Current statistical records suggest otherwise. For the avoidance of doubt, consult google.

Biafra is a mirage,a still born dream. Ojukwu led his people to certain death by starting a war he could not win. I gbos never agree on anything except commerce..that's why an Igbo man can't be president. It one of our own-GEJ to make Igbo man Chief Of Army Staff.
Hear another onye-imi-nkita vagabond talking! Damn you!! Late Col. Effiong (Biafran 2nd in command) would weep in the grave if he sees this comment!!!

How is GEJ "one of your own"? The last time I checked, he is from Otuoke in Bayelsa State and not Akwa Ibom or Cross River State?

Ndigbo have been protecting these retards from that region for ages yet they remain ungrateful. Well when Biafra eventually sucedes, you would remain houseboys and housegirls in what remains of Nigeria. #Efulefu

omonla555: Yoruba's brilliance will subdue any insurgency in our territory.

We are the leaders, where the two are fighting we Yorubas will grab the leadership.

We lead others follow. Education is the power and the answer.
Regrettably education has permanently moved its abode from the South-West to South East. By the way, where on earth do you lead? ... Apparently in cowardice? grin

Family / Re: Will You Marry An Igbo Girl With This List From Her Family by Superking: 3:29pm On Oct 24, 2013
WHERE IN IGBO LAND abeg?

As much as I agree that some of the items are regular in Igbo dowry; some others are either over-exaggerated or shouldn't be in the list out-rightly.

FACTS ABOUT IGBO DOWRY (MARRIAGE LIST)
(1) Most items on the list are subject to negotiation which usually results to downward review.
(2) It is never compulsory that the groom completes all items on the list before taking his wife.
(3) Some items are compulsory while majority are optional.
(4) There is no standardised marriage list across Igboland; communities/kindred determine theirs.
(I am still going to add some more.)

By the way, did we beg any of you to come and marry our dotas? cheesy Onye sha ala-Owere ariya mma, ngwa ya kwara li! (Person wey talk say, Owerri-land no sweet, make him pack and go!) cheesy

I will even be happier if a special list that triples this one is prepared for ndi nri-mmanu and their neighbours. They will do anything to ensure that they marry our clean, amiable, sweet daughters. Dem no dey marry their people again. lipsrsealed

Sports / Re: Watching Football Matches In Public Viewing Centres Or Your House? by Superking: 5:52pm On Oct 23, 2013
Viewing Centre ke?! grin

The noise and air pollution in such an environment is killing. I would rather borrow money to pay for my subscription (if it comes to that) OR forget watching the game entirely. lipsrsealed

Although the other option that I observe in my neigbourhood is watching the match in a bar/beer-parlour. However, you will be required to buy drinks (by force). As for me that is not even an option. grin

Tell me, who is in darkness, Christians or Muslims?

I should think those who kill in order to make their god happy are in darkness; those who force people to accept their god or die are in darkness; those who marry several wives (while claiming to love them equally) are in darkness; above all those who shout "Alla huru uwanka" grin when killing innocent souls are rather in darkness.

Please keep "loving" your religion, but don't be MURDERER like ... because all of you and Boko Haram members will end up in the same 'Al-janah'.

tunshe: Alhamdulilah!

I am happy that she finally see that Islam is the best religion having practiced Christianity from childhood.

Islam answers all questions!

Be ready to hear lots of castigation, insult, critism ..........Its not new, thats the trend.

I can see a lot of cries, hahahahaha,Im just laughing at them. They use BokoHaram and other crimes to tarnish the image of Islam yet people who are sensible, logical and see beyond propaganda still embrace Islam.

Islam is the fastest growing religion in the world, learn about it and you will never regret you did.

I am almost late for Jummah

Thank goodness, she might only be "castigated, insulted, criticized ..." but NOT killed. Will the same be said of someone who converted from Islam to Christianity?

Was she even a Christian at any point in her life? I mean, was she ever a believer that Jesus Christ is the Son of God and Saviour of the whole earth? Did she ever accept Jesus Christ as her personal Lord and Saviour? Now, that is what being a Christian is all about!

Even on Nairaland we have seen people who claimed to have converted to Islam only to make a U-turn few months after. Let's wait and see.

She for tell us say she don see Alahajiii wey wan marry her or she wan chop Sallah ram. I just dey laugh! grin

Godie be real 'otono', I swear! She appears to be love-starved. Her greatest undoing was going back to that 'born-throway' called Prezzo after realising that the 'omo-ota' was playing her. Imagine a rascal from a hunger-striken country like Kenya taking undue advantage of a NAIJA babe. Ewoooo!
Car Talk / Re: Kia Owners Forum by Superking: 10:38pm On Jun 06, 2012
Eking: Even though kia and hyundai are note as solid as the established Japanese model, these cars are still very reliable. I have owned a 2003 kia optima since 2004 and has done about 85k miles and this thing is still going strong. Except for regular servicing, changed the shaft once, changed all 4 shocks, and fuel filter...Never had a major engine fault.
Wow I also have same brand - Optima 2003 Model! Just covered 80000 miles! The problem has always been Shock Absorber which I usually change after every rainy season. Although I usually settle for tokunbo which cost 8000 a pair rather than new one. After all it will definitely be changed after a year. No major engine problem besides the gasket that got burnt as a result of human error; my car-wash forgot to close my radiator cover and the water dried up. Due to ignorance, I did not decode the warning signal on the dashboard until it grounded on 3rd Mainland Bridge. The rest they say is history. All in all, Kia is a strong car.

Rubbish!!! I don't have to be a prophet to know the outcome of a game. TB is another DIVINER in the similitude of a certain Prophet Olabayo and Okonzua but never a prophet. I know many will not believe it if I tell you that I dreamt about this game just like Chelsea vs Barca's game. Against Barca, Chelsea fans were distressed as the match was being played and suddenly they burst into wild jubilation. Against Bayern, Chelsea players at a point, were BALL-WATCHING as an opponent dribbled past them. At the end of the game, Chelsea fans were saying "they should have done this earlier". I haven't been able to explain it. It could mean a late come back from Chelsea but was too little too late.

There are so many USELESS HYPOCRITES on NL. @Pro01, fake Docokwu and those who reason like them are inclusive. Some of you were spitting rubbish on another thread where the likes of Oyedepo, Adeboye etc condemned Boko Haram's evil deeds. So Okogie is the most outspoken Clergy in Nigeria? Where do you place Pastor Tunde Bakare? Isn't he a Pentecostal Pastor? Catholic Priests are not saints afterall; just that their follewers like many of you pretend not to know about their attrocious deeds. CELLIBACY indeed! They dont take tithe but LAUNCH millions of Naira Harvest every year. They fraternise with known Occultic members of their Parish. Make una take time!

Religion / Re: Worshipper Tries To Attack Tb Joshua With Axe In Church. by Superking: 3:22pm On Dec 08, 2011
Abeg tell us another story.

Stage-managed Ghollywood movie!  If my memory serves me correctly, this is not the first time a worshipper at the SCOAN will be attempting to kill Prophet TB, if not with juju, it will be with knife or axe.  None of them has ever attempted to kill him with correct gun.

But really there is nothing special about this story.  Igbos call it AGWO TURU MBE, (meaning: it's waste of time for Snake to bite Tortoise).  Pa Adesanya did not fall to the bullets of Abacha's Killer Squad yet he wasn't a prophet in the order of TB.
