2. Enugu with no oil makes more IGR than Abia with crude oil and Aba

3. Anamba with Onitsha and Nnewi makes less IGR than Ondo

TAX RATES in some states like ABIA and even ANAMBRA were since relaxed to encourage local businesses. Follow your daily business news you won't.
