benefe: I'm not sure what that means to a PhD but it is relevant to a master's ( came across it in the Master's degree guideline). You might want to send an email to your intended school to clarify. What I am aware of is Candidacy Examination for PhD students. |

sholay2011: Hello fellow Winnipeggers, I'm sorry I haven't been able to update you on my travel experience. Flight was long and tiring. Didn't get any of our 6 boxes (air France wahala). POE was however smooth and easy. Still trying to settle in. We should definitely hook up. 1 Like |

afolaseg: Hello, If you intend to apply at the same time as your wife, then I would suggest you beef up your account or that of your wife. If you are yet to pay your fees, then you need to consider that your fees and living expenses will be taken off the 10m naira available to you. It is okay to have your father as a sponsor/co-sponsor even as a married man. However, he can state in his letter to the embassy that he has so and so amount of money available to him, he has so and so number of dependants and he is happy to support you and your wife should you need any financial assistance (in this case you have most of the funds in your account and he is just stating that he can support you I there is any shortfall). |

justicia: @ justicia and Eridemilade, I applied paper route. Don't know much about the online route but I don't think the documents you need should be any different. In my case, applied alongside my hubby. I listed my docs earlier. If there's any specific question you would like me to answer, please ask as I will be happy to help out 1 Like |

@ hayqinsbfx, I'm sorry about your delay. You've been very helpful on this thread and I trust that you'll get your heart's desire very soon. @ bimbofela, we applied for a SOWP not a visiting visa. I also thought I had to be a registered student before we could apply for the SOWP but minnietope's testimony encouraged us to apply |

BluntlyMe: Hi @bluntlyme. I think you should print the form first before coming to the conclusion that it is blank. I had the same experience when I tried to view my IME number on the form (on my iPad). I guess the form comes in a protected view of some sort. |

Hello house, For a baby who has dual citizenship (Nigerian and American) whose parents are Nigerian and intend to study in Canada, what passport is most advisable to use for visa application. Does it matter if baby uses her US pp while parents use their Nig pp. some pole have advised against this. Gurus in the house, what do u advice |

Hello House, Team12 and other members who applied with their babies did you have to fill a seep rate form for their visa application? Did you also have to pay for the application and medical fees for them. Baby is less than a year old. Thanks |
