This girl has ruined YouTube for me with her ads. Before I could finish a 2 minute video, her ads must appear 3 times. If it's 1 hour, then I'm dead. So annoying.

It used to be Wix ads, then "If you're from Nigeria or Ghana..." and now it's her turn. I'm now scared of opening YouTube because of her crypto mentorship ads.

Same character with one of us here—aggressive marketing. The moment majority find you annoying and with full knowledge of you trying to take money off their pockets, they automatically hate you.

If you're teaching for free and you're annoying, sometimes like me, they can easily forgive you for the sake of your selflessness. But all these pay me, pay me, buy my course and still annoying is a no no. If I see that girl in real life I might shoot her. I have endured it for months.

At the initial stage, it's fun, but after 2 months, it's excruciatingly annoying.

Most of the advanced treatments have failed but the fertility issues is not the reason I'm sad and lonely. I know all of these because like you, I'm not really religious but even though I don't go to church nowadays I have learned to blend in with religious folks around me. There's no point going back there to get the test results either because no general or teaching hospital will take lab results from a private lab, definitely not 1 from from a private hospital

This sugar result is very very very very fine!!!
The reason for the slight increase is because when our body is stressed, probably due to infection or after surgery or when we have a wound(in your own case), our body produce some chemicals that make our blood sugar to go a little bit higher than usual

It's well with you bro, just get those medications and use, everything will be fine.... and don't stop praying too

1. The 70 something blood glucose value, is it in mmol/L or mg/dL. Anyways I've never seen a glucometer that can read above 50mmol/L sha, but please I need to know the unit of that test result

2. Please, tell your friend to stop taking the LOFNAC fast. That is the source of his abdominal pain

3. If your friend must go to any hospital for his routine clinic visit, please, make sure it's a general hospital or teaching hospital, DON'T GO TO A PRIVATE HOSPITAL

4. Please I need you to do the following
a. Get original honey and use for the daily dressing of that wound. If you don't know how to do that, find a nurse around you to help with the dressing
b. Also get the following drugs and use as prescribed
i. Tab Paludrine 100mg once daily
ii. ⁠Tab Vit Bco i daily
iii. ⁠Tab Folic acid 5mg daily
iv. ⁠Tab cefuroxime 500mg, 1 in the morning and evening for the next 5 days
v. Tab Flagyl 400mg, 1 in the morning, afternoon and night for the next 5 days also
vi. ⁠Tab Vit C 1000mg daily
vii.Cap ⁠Hydroxyurea 1000mg dly
viii. Tab df 118 30mg morning afternoon and night(you might need prescription for this, but try your luck 1st. If they don't sell for you, just me let know)

He said it was since he was a kid. Please do you know of these pills that alleviate that stomach ache? He's never had crisis, matter of fact, he does difficult jobs like bakery work but has never fallen deeply sick.

In some cases we were scammed by people who told us they have an easy and quick solution, only to swindle us and turn my brother to guinea pig for experimenting unproven herbs that aggravated the situation and led to the development of strange symptoms and even brought about near death situation.

Good day, sir. We went to two hospital this morning. The first one ran a sugar test on him and it was 70 or something like that, the woman said that it wasn't normal or too high, so it was necessary he monitored it.

We then headed to the next hospital, the doctor explained that there were high possibility of him being diabetic plus he was sickle cell. We showed him the sugar level test and he screamed, he let us know that for someone with sickle cell it was too high.

We had to run a test (which we'd go get on Thursday or Friday) to ascertain what the problem was.

Here's the pills he was taking before now:

Your friend is not diabetic as everyone is assuming. Most Sickle cell patients often suffer this skin condition.
What you should do is this, go to any pharmacy, buy electoplast bandage, clean the wound or better still, meet any road side chemist to clean the wounds and cover with this bandage. Repeat again every three days to one week depending on how the wound feels. He should keep taking his antibiotics and blood vitamins too.
In a matter of one or two months, that wound would be healed completely.
