kindworld: But is it not tantamount to murder? Again, I think life is sacred. My opinions were Informed by my faith anyways i share ur faith, and i mentioned it previously, it must be carried out after agreement by both parties, meaning religion and sciences must agree to disagree. killing someone is nt murder, . according to the dictionary. Murder: the unlawful premeditated killing of one human being by another. . Murder is determined by law nt by just killing somebody, Remember the police, soldiers and prison warders kill people and it is backed by the law. . Before mercy killing can be carried out it must be enshrined in the constitution of the country, and once that is done, it becomes lawful and is no more qualified to be called murder. |

kindworld: Euthanasia is the deliberate advancement of a person's death for the benefit of that person. In most cases euthanasia is carried out because the person asks to die, but there are cases where a person can't make such a request.
A person who undergoes euthanasia is usually terminally ill.Euthanasia can be carried out either by doing something, such as administering a lethal injection, or by not doing something necessary to keep the person alive (for example failing to keep their feeding tube going).
In my opinion it's not moral to kill a person even if they are terminally ill because this person need a chance to live along and see his life, but there are people that disagree. I have a debate with my college about this topic and I'd like to hear if you agree or disagree with euthanasia.
Thank you people should be allowed to do it if they have lost hope of survival, and also their religious faith, certain disorders are too painful for. people to live with, have u ever heard of Persistent vegetative state or locked-in syndrome you can google it, will you be happy to live the next 20 years unable to move any other part of the body except the eyes, plus exorbitant financial cost, Have a rethink. . plaetton: You must be a stark economic illiterate if you say that $3 billion in 1999 is more than $30b today.
Where did you go to school, if at all ?
With $30 billion today and very little international debt to service, the government has almost 100 times more spending power than OBJ could have dreamt of.
With $3 b , OBJ still had to service with $4 b annually.
Call a buffoon a buffoon, and stop shaming your self. thank u for the insult, bt i recommend u check our inflation rate, coupled with increase in exchange rate. Thank you from an illiterate. |

plaetton: If Buhari is doing his best right now, then we are in pretty big trouble.
His best seems to be the height of INCOMPETENCE.
Pls tell me, did Buhari say that not having savings is Nigeria's problem right now ?
I remind you that OBJ inherited far worse situation than Buhari did. OBJ went straight to work, and hardly wailed as loudly against his predecessors as Buhari is doing.
A leader who came into office with a $30b kitty should not be shamelessly wailing to cover up his epic incompetence. do you knw that $3 billion dollars in 1999 is bigger than $30 billion dollars in 2015. because the xchange rate in 1999 is $1=22naira, while in 2015 $1=199 naira. it means that inflation rate is 10% per year meaning Obj got same money with buhari, but the difference is 16years. When Obj became president in 1999 our economy dependence on oil was only 50%, bt he personally took it up to 75% meaning any slump in oil price will affect the country, to show u an example how much did u buy the following in 1991 compare it to 2015 price. 1. Bread 2. pure water 3. cabin biscuit 4. fuel . did Obj have terrorist to spend on,? Did he meet any global oil price slump?? |

makazona: Sir, this is not a GEJ/PMB comparism discussion.
From ur point, I am still looking for answer to my qstion those that voted for GEJ in 2011, are still same people that voted for buhari in 2015, it was a case of "when the desirable is nt available the available becomes the desirable" also he has been recieving massive vote frm nigerians both in 2003 and 2007 where he recieved 31% of the total vote, but the elections has always nt been free and fair due to lack of opposition strength. |

makazona: Gen. M.Buhari (now President M. Buhari) contested the 2003, 2007 and 2011 presidential elections but was rejected by Nigerians for various reasons.
Fast-forward to 2015, he ran for the same position with better packaging and was still rejected by over 12 million voters a.k.a the 5%.
Now with these recent happenings in Nigeria: Terrible fuel situation, superlatively epileptic power supply, Forex problem that seem to have defied all "medication", high cost of everything, hunger in the land etc, can we say that Nigerians especially the 5% were right in refusing to support him (PMB)?
Could it be that they really wanted the best for the country? Buhari is doing his best, under GEJ faced a bigger problem when the oil slump started, how will he nw fair nw the oil revenue is non existent. GEJ used up our foreign reserve to cover up for his inability to save. |
