I did message a few professors of my intention to be part of their centres as a research student citing my works. Two have replied me within 24hrs.

One suggested I apply as a normal prospective PhD student telling me the deadline is November 1.

The other one did ask a probing question... Were you thinking of travelling to New Zealand to study or for work?

Whenever you're applying to something, and you have an equivalent of the criteria, please apply. The worst is NO! So what do you stand to lose? Besides, it's valid, but considering how competitive PTDF is, just be hopeful. 450k per year for an undergraduate is no joke.

Regarding applications, when scholarships are out, they're always online. If you don't see it, it means you're not intentional about it. All scholarship bodies make their application public. 90% are on newspapers

I took my time to go through trends of PTDF SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATIONS (LSS) in particular.

A batch came out in October, 2016 tagged 2016/2017

Another one came out in November, 2018 (Your batch, I guess) 2018/2019

The present batch commenced in July, 2021. 2021/2022

Does it mean PTDF gives LSS Awards every two years, NOT yearly like other scholarships?

Also, when are they likely shortlist this present batch.

I observed your batch took almost 2years from point of application to payment of award (November, 2018 - October, 2020)

The items that have already served you for MONTHS if not YEARS and you still want to sell at price higher than the price you actually got it. That's NOT clearance price to me.

Look at the clearance sales put up by @Afolavid weeks back. That's exactly what is called clearance sales.

Among the items he put up here, *he quoted Sleek 65"inch 4K HiSense Smart TV - #150,000 (Backlights attached, Wifi, Smart view, 4K, Netflix, Youtube etc) ** He must have bought the Tv around 170k - 180k in 2020 or thereabout (don't know when he bought it actually but that was the price of the Tv during that time). Having enjoyed it for some months, he sold it for 150k which was pretty good. Mind you, the current price of that Tv is close to 300k.

Another example is my own 50"inch 4K Syinix Android Smart Tv which has all features as that of @Afolavid including Voice Control Remote. I bought it @ 150k from Jamara, free delivery to my apartment in August 2020. The same Tv now sells @ 275k. So, does it mean if I wanna to sell it now I am gonna quote a price, say 180-200k? No, that's NOT a clearance sales. The Tv still has its nylon cover as I rearly use it. Job schedules doesn't me allow stay home much. Since, I have used the item, I shouldn't consider the current market price. Afterall, I am not doing business with it, na clearance sales we call am.

Ideally, it should be their 200l results. Because DE student on 5 year course gets paid for 36 months, and 4 year course gets paid for 24 months. That's 3 and two years respectively.

For undergraduates with Jamb, it's 48 and 36 months respectively. That's why they use 100l to screen, then request for 200-400/500 for each payments when award is given.

So ideally, a DE student is to upload his/her 200l result. So when awarded, they present 300l for first payment, and Jamb UG's present 200l.

And yes, DEs are awarded, but a negligible fraction.

Since making a mistake and/or NOT adhere strictly to instructions reduces the likelihood of one getting the Award, which results is important to upload at this present stage of the screening? Full 100L CGPA & Transcripts OR that of 200L which has 100L and 200L combined?

The reason for asking this is that 100L results/CGPA is good but the new CGPA for 200L is better!

The instruction in the mail says full 100L results.
