This is real clearance sales... I enter this baba's small palace this evening to check out what he posted. All items were as posted, I picked the few items I fit afford and paid immediately. The transaction was done seamlessly, the real clearance sales is when both the seller and the buyer are happy after a deal. Baba was just too happy . You know that kind feelings that you're relocating for good. After buying what I could afford, baba still dash me items that are worth a few thousand naira. Thanks @Afrolavid and congratulations once again. Your perseverance did pay off . All the best Afolavid: 20 Likes |

I said it here before, my own Umidigi A7pro is 2years plus now and still working well despite the fact that I am a heavy user. The only issue it has now is that the battery is tired already and the cracks on the back glass cover due to poor handling when the pouch was no longer good. I just want to change battery and back cover before I gift it out. I have already considered buying Bison GT2 5G/Pro, I consider it a good substitute to Redmi 11Pro+ 5G which is pricey. Or I buy Umidigi Power Max cos of it's 10000mAh battery. No thanks to Jumia for not putting them up for sale during this promo season. Anyways, I go still dey use my A7pro till my new choices are available on Jumia. Flowboi: |

Hello everyone, pls I need Umidigi A7 pro POUCH and the back cover. The pouch is no more in good shape and couldn't get an alternative in the market. The glass back cover too is cracking and opening at the side. See attached pics The phone was bought in April, 2020 and still serving me well, so no need of buying another now... Wating for Umi Power Max though.

Hi bro... Please i need a clarification on your words. I remember the Scholarship advert was made public on July 5, 2021 and I did apply for my kid bro (Undergraduate Engineering Student) on July 7 using his 100L Transcripts. The dude was in 200L at the time. He is now in 300L and also has collected results for 200L still maintaining 1.1. Now, the question is that he received a mail from PDTF directing him to update his Application if there is need so that he can be batch for interview. When I read every item of the mail, I discovered the mail is meant for ISS Master's and PhD Applicants, I wonder why he was also sent such a mail being an undergraduate Applicant. Pls what is your take on this? Hannania: |

@Omakraid, thanks for bringing me here. Good evening all, I did share my challenge in ttc thread this morning, so @Omakraid referred me to this thread and suggested I share same here. As posted in ttc thread this morning... Good morning great mothers and mothers to-be... I am a young male adult and my wife and I have been married for 8 months now. Infact, she introduced this thread to me and we do come here to read updates together. A couple of months ago when out marriage was bearly 6 months, my wife, having been following this thread for long suggested I do SFA and the results, according to our doc was okay. The doc just enjoined I take more of fruits and vegetables and avoid junkies. Fast forward to last week Saturday, she visited our regular hospital for test and the results did say she is pregnant. I was so happy when she broke the news to on phone and I also spoke with the doctor who explained explicitly all precautions to take. He empasized on avoiding stressors expecially for the first trimester. All this counsellings were through phone call cos job schedule has taken me away from home since 1st of November and I wouldn't be home till December Ending all things been equal. My wife is a classroom teacher at a Private School. So, this last Friday, she called me on phone that she is already at the hospital that she felt the blood release while teaching her students in the class and hurriedly took permission and left for hospital. At the hospital, according to her, she was given drips, injections and drugs to calm her and a scan was done yesterday again. I spoke with the doc yesterday evening and he did confirm that the scan results indicates preggy is still found but he was talking about threatened abortion, he also mentioned viable or nonviable which I didn't really understand. He said a repeat of scan will be done in 3 weeks time as that will give them the headway. I also just spoke with my wife this morning and she said she's still seeing a blood stain on her pad but not much blood. Also, she claims she's having acute back pains. She's been on hospital bed since that Friday and my mom is with her. I pray nothing bad happens to her and the fetus. I have already told her she's quitting the teaching Job. I said lemme share the experience here for your inputs and guides. I attached a copy of pelvic scan result that was done yesterday morning. 2 Likes

Thanks for your concerns and prayers. I later spoke with the doctor this evening again and he mentioned to me that blood stain is as a result of either THREATENED ABORTION or IMPLANTATION BLEEDING (which is common in early pregnancy, not all early pregnancies exhibit it though) All in all, we have agreed that my wife will be placed on bed rest for as long as the situation demands. Also, Primolut Depot Injection will be administered on her once in a week for six weeks. I guess that implies progesterone you made mentioned of? We would also continue to call on God Almighty for His supreme interventions. sugah: |

FYI... Six (6) Important things to know about NMFB Non-Interest Loan Following the commencement of the COVID-19 Non-Interest Loan approval by the Nirsal Microfinance Bank (NMFB), many applicants have yearned for a better understanding of the NMFB Non-Interest Banking Window. Here are six (6) Important things to know about the Non-Interest Banking Window for TCF and AGSMEIS 1. The COVID-19 Non-Interest Banking Window for TCF and AGSMEIS is not the same as the popular COVID-19 Targeted Credit Facility Loan or the AGSMEIS Loan. The major difference is that while there is a direct cash disbursement for the COVID-19 Targeted Credit Facility Loan or AGSMEIS Loan as the case may be, the Non-Interest Banking Window for TCF and AGSMEIS is for direct cash disbursement. What this means is that in accessing the Non-Interest Loan, an applicant needs to input the details of the items he/she wants to be financed, which must be within the range of amount applied for. The applicant will also verify the exact price from a vendor which the applicant will also attach to the application in the next stage. The vendor actually receives the direct fund. This will be explained in No 2. Just follow me. 2. There are three 3 Stages in accessing the Non-Interest Loan. Phase 1: Application for Financing In this stage, an applicant provides relevant personal information and the business to be finance. Phase 2: Acceptance of Offer and other Agreements A successful applicant will be notified when his/her application is approved. The approval has commenced already but that's not all. The applicant will be required to do the following: • Generate the Offer Letter and accept it • Generate the Undertaking to Buy Agreement and accept it. (Read this agreement very well). • Input the details of the items to be financed. This must conform with the approved amount as shown on your offer letter. • You will finally attach invoices for all the items to be financed. Phase 3: Upon fulfillment of Phase 2, the beneficiary would wait for the disbursement of funds to the proposed vendor. The funds will be used to purchase equipment and raw materials from the vendor. Either NMFB or the beneficiary as its agent will then be assigned to take delivery of the assets. After taking delivery, the beneficiary will be required to execute the agreement on the final stage of the contract. 3. COVID-19 Targeted Credit Facility Loan and AGSMEIS Loan Scheme are loans that must be repaid with Interest rate of 5-9% per annum. The Non-Interest Banking Window recognises only the sharing of profits from the investment with the beneficiary. That is, the profit accrued from the business will be shared with the Lender - which is the Nirsal Microfinance Bank. However, no interest is attached to the Loan and the Loan will not be repaid by the beneficiary in part or lump sum. That's why the Non-Interest Banking Window for TCF and AGSMEIS focuses on assets financing than direct loan disbursement to beneficiaries. 4. When a beneficiary goes contrary to the Agreements/Terms and Conditions, payments will be recovered from the beneficiary's accounts. Note that an applicant must accept this as part of the offer letter. The technology to be applied in effecting this operates within the beneficiary's BVN which is linked to his/her bank accounts. 5. A beneficiary of one CBN Intervention Programme is ineligible to access other CBN Intervention Programmes. That's why an applicant's identity is always tied to his/her BVN. Hence, one who benefited from the COVID-19 Targeted Credit Facility Loan or the AGSMEIS Loan can not benefit from the COVID-19 Non-Interest Banking Window for TCF and AGSMEIS, vice versa. 6. Even though Approval has commenced for the Non-Interest Banking Window for TCF and AGSMEIS, the application is on going. Interested applicants can apply by visiting www.nmfb.com.ng or http://nibloans.nmfb.com.ng. 1 Like |

Update on Non-Interest NIRSAL loan... A colleague of mine at work whom I applied for under household category just woke me up with a call few minutes ago that he did receive approval message which he forwarded to me on my request. When I clicked on the approval message, what propped up is quite different from the Normal TCF loan I got. They are NOT gonna disburse cash to beneficiary under this one, rather you will be attached to a vender where you get materials things you put-up during application. Having gone through the information in the offer letter, that colleague of mine in NOT gonna accept the offer. When applying for him, I remember I put HouseRent Fee, Children School Fee, Medicals, Utilities as his needs. I wonder why he was attached to a Vendor in Lagos who sells household materials. FYI... OAGF Decentralises IPPIS Operations, Tasks Role Players On Integrity, Dedication By Unini Chioma September 6, 2021 The Office of the Accountant General of the Federation has decentralised the operations of the Integrated Personnel and Payroll Information System (IPPIS). This implies that government Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAs) can on their own address a number of issues that they currently bring to the IPPIS headquarters in Abuja. The Accountant General of the Federation, Ahmed Idris FCNA made this known in Lagos at the training /Sensitization workshop for IPPIS Role Players in the South-West zone. He said with the new arrangement, MDAs can carry out such operations as suspension of staff salary where applicable, change bank accounts of staff, effect approved deductions, update staff grade levels and job titles as well as pay arrears. He noted that MDAs would however not be able to carry out operations like changing the date of birth, date of employment and the name of an employee. Idris said the decentralisation of the operatioms of the IPPIS became necessary to reduce the pressure on the IPPIS headquarters and expressed optimism that the arrangement will enhance greater efficiency in the management of the payroll system. Represented by the Director Consolidated Account Department in the OAGF, Dr. Zubairu Salami mni, the Accountant General of the Federation pointed out that the training workshop was meant to keep the IPPIS Role Players abreast with the operations of the policy to enhance their capacity to take full ownership of their respective payrolls and efficiently discharge their responsibilities in the centralized platform. While reaffirming the enormity of the assignment and expectations of the government, Idris tasked the IPPIS Role Players to be more security conscious, and exercise due diligence in the discharge of their assignment. “At present, Nigeria needs men and women with high level of integrity, dexterity, honesty, diligence and sense of purpose to help reposition the country for the better. As a Role Player, you are an important part of the complex machinery that is meant to ensure the success of the IPPIS policy. Your schedule is a trust and you are expected to be above board. You should be agents of positive change and appreciable progress”, he said. He noted that the IPPIS is one of the key reform initiatives of the Federal Government as it not only provides a platform for payment of personnel emoluments, but maintains a database for information and actions on government workforce. He said this position underscored the resolve by the Federal Government to evolve permanent solutions to hitches that may be observed in the operations of the policy. The special training workshop organized by the Office of the Accountant General of the Federation for IPPIS Role Players in Federal Government agencies commenced three weeks ago and has been successfully held in all the six geopolitical zones, namely; North-West, North-East, South-East, South-South, North-Central and the South-West. |

Joyify66: Your IPPIS number may not be ready now. It ll definitely be on your first payslip when you get it. The version of the IPPIS Payroll app I use only request for your email address to verify your account. Once you type in your correct email address you used during IPPIS capturing, It will load, verify your account and redirect to your dashboard. Like i said, your own dashboard may be blank cos you haven't been receiving salary. See the pictures 1 Like

Joyify66: Maybe you downloaded a lower version. The latest version you ll install is 12.1 If you Install the latest version. It will ask for either the phone number or email address you registered with during your IPPIS capturing for verification. Once you enter the required information and you are verified, the app will automatically redirect to your dashboard. 1 Like |

Mchearan: Any FG employee who cares to see each item of Payment and Deductions on his payslip can do so with ease so long you are being paid through IPPIS. IT HAS NEVER BEEN A DIFFICULT THING AT ALL! You start viewing your payslip of a particular month starting from 25th day of that same month. Sometimes, it wouldn't be ready until the first week of the subsequent month but to the best of my knowledge, IPPIS usually get your payslip ready few days before month end. For example, I viewed and downloaded my Aug payslip on the Aug. 26 and printed it out. I do that every month and keep them in a personal file for reference purpose. Account section in your department could help access your payslip too, but why go there when you can do it on your smart phone ...ANDROID ONLY for now. I guess they are working on the version for ios. - Go to play store and type payroll app. - Download the one I circled in the attached pic - Install the app, open it and follow the instructions promptly. It ll show your dash board. There are a number of icons to query whatever you wanna see about yourself. To the newly recruited staff, your own dashboard will be blank for now but it ll surely display anything you wanna know about your service records once you receive your first salary.
