Governor Simon Lalong home town Shendam LGA APC Deputy Chairman , Secretary and Youth Leader with crowd of supporters have Decamped from All Progressive Congress to Labour party in Plateau state.
Deputy Chairman of the party in the council Yilman Shagap who led the decampees to pitch tent with Labor party cited dictatorship and non inclusion of members in the running of affairs of the party as the reason for their defection.
According to him, the actions of Governor Lalong and his team to them was a clear indication that all is not well in the party.
He said having worked tirelessly for the party over the years,they have now discovered that unknown hacks have invaded the party in the locality and taken over the affairs of the party leading to their exit from the party to Labour.
According to him, he is sure Labor party will win Shendam LGA in the the forth coming general elections owing to the inclusive nature of the leadership of the party
According to him, former majority leader in the Plateau state House of Assembly Henry yunkwap who is seeking re-election to represent Shendam constituency in the state Assembly will coast to victory with the support of the people of the locality.
Yilman Shagap said his team will ensure that the party emerge victorious at the polls and called on the electorates in Shendam LGA to vote Labour party from top to bottom.

2023 Elections: We Have Won Lagos, Irrespective Of Tinubu, Says Baba-Ahmed
With the presidential election barely less than 96 hours away, the vice-presidential candidate of Labour Party, Datti Baba-Ahmed, is confident of victory in Lagos State, the state with the highest number of registered voters.
With over seven million eligible voters, Lagos bests runner-up Kano State’s 5.9 million registered voters.
Giving his predictions of the outcome of the poll, Baba-Ahmed did not hesitate to downplay the influence of former Lagos governor and All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential candidate Bola Tinubu.
“By the grace of God, we have won Lagos, irrespective of Tinubu there. Are they going to come out and spread the people who are voting?” the entrepreneur asked during a live appearance on Channels Television’s The 2023 Verdict on Tuesday.
While admitting Kaduna is an “APC state”, he said it falls under “our category”, which according to him is a simple win. “Kaduna is category A in the whole of the North-West,” he added.
Asked about states he sees as an uphill battle, Baba-Ahmed said, “Yobe [and] Zamfara, of course. Those are two good friends.”
The former senator rejected the notion that winning the election is a long shot.
“It is logical. Many things that have never happened before in Nigeria are happening now with Labour Party. We’re the only three – party chairman, candidate, vice – born after independence.
“I’m losing modesty here. He’s a correct degree earner, which others cannot show you. I know Kwankwaso says he has a PhD; I don’t boast about a PhD or two master’s degrees.
“The 2023 elections, by the special grace of almighty Allah who gives power, is as good as won by Labour Party because of the mistakes others have made,” he said.

Video Footage Shows Attackers Of Ugochinyere’s House Looted Property – CUPP by ` JUST-IN: Again, CUPP Spokesman Ugochinyere’s House Under Attack In Imo
The Coalition of United Political Parties (CUPP) has released a video footage of the third and latest attack on the country home of its spokesperson, Ikenga Imo Ugochinyere, by unknown gunmen in Akwoka, Imo State, on February 7, 2023.
This third attack is coming less than a month after the second attack on January 14 where four people were killed including his uncle and property including houses and over 32 vehicles worth over N1billion were destroyed.
The video showed the men armed with guns, machetes, charms and other dangerous weapons invading the house in a commando style and when they could not find Ugochinyere in the house resorted to terrorising occupants of the house, stealing of property, planting incriminating items and destruction of property including bursting overhead water tanks and industrial size generators.
The group in a press conference in Abuja also accused the Imo State government and the State’s Commissioner of Police of knowing more than they were willing to say over the attack.
They alleged that from amongst the attackers, men of the Imo State Police Command, Ebubeagu Network and at least one officer from the Force Intelligence and Investigation Bureau (FIIB) were identified from the video.
They, therefore, called on the Inspector General of Police to immediately investigate the attack so as to unravel the mystery behind Unknown Gunmen in Imo State.
A statement signed by 2nd spokesperson of the coalition, Mark Adebayo, on Thursday, also accused the Imo CP of colluding with the ruling party in the State to seize voter education and campaign materials belonging to Ugochinyere and the PDP as well as detaining and torturing those in possession of the materials for six days without charging them to Court or releasing them.
He added that the lawyer who went to secure the bail of the arrested people was also arrested and detained but was released after three days.

Ahead of the February 25 presidential election, the flag bearer of the Labour Party (LP), Peter Obi has maintained a lead in a third and final nationwide opinion poll commissioned by Anap Foundation and conducted by NOI Polls Limited (NOIPolls).
The result of the fresh poll was released on Wednesday by the President and Founder of Anap Foundation, Atedo Peterside.
The third poll which was concluded in the first half of February 2023 followed two earlier polls carried in September and December 2022.
“For the avoidance of doubt, it is pertinent to mention that the methodology used by NOI polls is almost the exact same methodology that was used in previous presidential polls that they handled for us in 2011, 2015 and 2019,” Anap said in a statement.
“In all those past presidential polls, the front-runner that was identified by our polls ended up winning the elections, irrespective of a rather large percentage of voters who were undecided and/or refused to indicate who their preferred candidate was.
“We have also applied the exact same methodology in our various governorship polls carried out in 2011, 2014, 2015, 2019 and 2022 and the methodology generally held up well.”

CBN said they printed around 3trillion old naira notes (not sure how authentic the information is), out of that amount, only 1.7trillion reticulates, 1.3trillion is in the hands of individuals.
That's madness. No where in the world is such volume of money kept outside banking system where it can be monitored.
Kidnappers, herdsmen and corrupt politicians dug wholes and Kept such volume of money away from circulation, that's economic sabotage.
So the best way to force them to return to banks where it can be monitored, is through a redesign.
