Open cattle rearing is a culture and proposing a change in this culture must be approached as sensitively as other important cultures of the other tribes. One does not expect that a culture be abandoned overnight, nor that laws guiding a country be entirely insensitive to the peculiarities of the people bound under it.
As in developed worlds, these are the kinds of problems that are confronted by Political scientists, Economic analysts and sociologists, putting forward a comprehensive and in-depth analysis of THE PROBLEM OF HERDERS in the country.

They played a great role in pointing out the insurgents living amidst the innocent people, hiding and unleashing terror to the security. In fact, they're responsible for chasing them to the forest. The CJTF are distributed into different army battalions, fighting and dying everyday together with Nigerian army not fighting as an independent vigilante group. So in such a difficult situation how do you expect a member of CJTF to fight with a gun less powerful as AK-47?
