For decades, people have acted pornography with animals.. It's nothing new. I don't know where the 1.5mill tag is coming from or why we expect a dog to wear a condom or why we are trying to make it look like ladies are so evil without talking about the men paying the money (if true).

So it's Easter Sunday and grandpa decides to get Caprisun for everyone.
This kid tastes hers and returns it to her mum.. Says the taste is bad. Mum drinks it and screams that it's rotten.
Having seen a lot of cases of bad drinks, I decided to tear this Caprisun apple open and was shocked to see things floating in it... Really smelly stuff.
I called the numbers at the back of the drink and one was switched off.. The other was hooked to an automated voice machine and no one picked up.
We need to be careful when we get these stuff for kids or simply avoid.
Used to doubt these things when they surface on social media but now I'm convinced.

It’s simple. As long as he owes you rent you don’t have to give him the 6 months notice rather 7 days notice of owners intention to recover premises thereafter you charge him to court.

Now this is the trick. In a Tenancy Recovery matter where the defendant tries to play smart and not come to court, all your lawyer has to do is apply for default/summary judgement as from all indications the tenants are not ready to appear for the matter. (25 days tops the tenant is out).
