i dey here o mama. my ribs hurt especially the right side. my legs always feel heavy. the only time i feel okay is when lying down but i can't lie down all day na . as for baby weight, i pray for a small baby o cos i've been eating quite a lot these days. i'm having a scan on monday though

Sincerely I don’t know how am feeling,my upper ribs are paining me the kicking is getting intensed am loosing appetite more of sleepless night and am still team sept/oct because I have 3 EDD...all I know is it will end in praise by God’s grace

I'm still unable to eat though but I force myself to take a little.
I've been unable to drink water for 2 weeks now. As in, no matter what I eat, I cant drink water. But today was different, I had 3 glasses of water at a go without issues at all. For my son's pregnancy I drank lots of water and ate lots of corn but this pregnancy ehn.....it better be a girl that is stressing me like this lol.

damibaby the researcher good to hear from you its been a while how is it going? the feeling of meeting LO soon makes me feel wowed come and see how i was grinning to hubby this morning when i woke up to say happy new month. may the lord grant us all safe delivery ahead

As for the nipple the first day i started cleaning my nipple i was shocked like what!!!!! so this is what our men are sucking if not for baby preparation it wouldnt have occur to clean nipple thoroughly like that, even despite cleaning every day since 28weeks by the time i massage with coconut oil and pick out the nipple i still see black thing sha
For lactation i hope to lactate immediately after delivery oooooo because i now enjoy taking pap i just hope their are other things that could help lactate faster before baby arrival

i'm trusting God for more strength as i plan to go to work till baby comes so as to enjoy my leave well

As in ehen all these babies comes with different dramas,my first trimester was basically hell for me cause I couldn’t take anything I survived wit unripe tangerine,bitter leaf stick to brush and little or no food.but this my second trimester turned me to foodie I eat like a criminal varieties but still can’t take sweet drink oo only farm fresh, viral milk.i crave so much for okro and ogbono but lo hub won’t allow me take it only ewedu once a week am definitely going to make a video of my pregnancy journey, all the food and craving moments are documented.its not easy but it worth it.my only problem now is lack of sleep really dealing with me.but I try sleeping during the day may we all carry to full term God will count us among the women of Hebrew

I must be the one using my teeth to break the ice plus it must be this 100 naira own and not the 150 naira own. Lol. Thank God shoprite is close to me so as e de finish, I de buy new one sharply. Today I got 10 and it's almost finished already

Wearing shoes and walking around my house ,coming to my kitchen to see how I will serve them food,requesting for more soup after serving the first one..mind u if you visit them they won’t even offer you water. All this attributes are for just a particular set of people so annoying

I used ginger and honey for cough . just blend or pound the ginger add little water and boil. Then sieve out the water in a cup add honey to it and drink. You can for so morning and night.

Add your ginger according to your ginger tolerant. Or just eat honey alone.

Please who is awake oo cough is dealing wih me seriously.my doc recommends Amoxil but no relieve anyone with any other safe medication for cough please help can’t sleep
