It essentially says you ''must be educated to" or above school cert or its equivalent. For a man who has attended army officer training and foreign courses, it is the height of 'illiteracy' to claim he is not qualified because they cannot find the WASC paper. The presidency is too important for us to choose people based on paper qualification. The incumbent president has a 'PhD' but does not know his left from right and has been the frequent butt of ridicules and cleverly disguised insults from other foreign leaders. We hope the press conference will lay matters to rest otherwise it is just another unnecessary distraction like the one about the man dying in office was.
