That is motherhood. U cannot apply anything. It is because he has not latches on to the breast correctly. When he does you won't feel the pain again. Also, you can help him to latch on to the breast correctly by making sure that the nipple is fully in his mouth while sucking

I want for 18th month immunisation yesterday, asked the pead about the polio being given to children street by street by the government, whether there is a need to give my son since l have a going routine with him at the hospital. His response was that, if l am sure l have not missed any of his routine..that l dont need but if not then l need it. However, no course for alarm if he takes again, as he thinks there is no overdose. Though he advised l shouldnt give him if i havent missed any of his vaccine routine.

He was given MMRV (i.e Meases, mumps, rubella and varicella), Opv and hepatitis A yesterday.

sorry,I think 18months immunization is only for vitamin A supplementation,or he will still need to collect injection join,pls educate me more on dis,and is it govt hospital u use or private,tanx

You can also wait till he's hungry before bringing the formula or cereals.
some.children move straight to adult food ie they skip cereals and milk that will mean giving foods like noodles or boiled and mashed potatoes or even good old amala and ewedu.
see if you can get someone else to feed him he may accept it that way. It may be a case of him knowing you will bring out breast if he refuses everything you bring forward.

Please don't alter the measurement of the milk...it is very dangerous....it is even written on the tin. Who advised spoonfeeding milk? I have never heard or read that one before o. A 6mth old should be taking milk from a bottle, a sippy cup or a regular baby cup. Spoon will create a mess even.

Stanlord i understand what u aregond thru. I was in a similar situation some moths back. The guy i was going out with just stopped calling nd it was obvious that something was wrong .
