At op i was made to understand that erecting a building on top a cassava farm was not really a gud move as in the site need to stay close to 1-2 yrs even after cutting down and uprooting those cassava roots, I stand to be corrected am just curious to learn

What we constructed was right behind the cassava Farm.
The Cassava Plantation was a cover for the activities at the back.

I already have about 3200 blocks on ground, so I need estimates regarding how many bags of cement would suffice and also the cost of labor and digging of foundation for the fence and a shop in front as well. My ogas in the house, I have 2 newly constructed buildings with dimension of 75ft by 35ft. So, I called in a roofing sheet dealer (long span) for the likely quantity of roofing sheets to use. He says I will use 450 sq metres of roofing sheet for each.

Please how true is this? I need your assistance because I feel the quantity is too much. I'll also appreciate if anyone could assist me on how it is calculated.
