2 of my orders were charged. I paid 16k+ for each of them and ended up still selling them at normal price thereby suffering a terrible loss.

I was motivated to join the Xiaomi family after seeing it's specs and all testimonies about their devices and i got the redmi 5 plus through Noobody..

Now I see strange things like fake rom etc talks on the MI forum.. don't even know if the room is official or fake..

Now the main problem is my touch pad is not responding to touches.. it's not broken and didn't fall in water..

I'm so confused, don't know if this is a software or hardware problem research shows this is common among redmi users..

I.have to press the power bottom to switch on and forth the backlight etc..

Please which way forward..

All these China phone makers especially Xiomi and Huawei should learn to do low budget phones if they want to compete favorably in Africa, especially Nigeria; because that is the only selling point for such brands in Nigeria...
They should ask tecno and infinix, their highest selling models are all below the 60k mark...
With the stereotypes associated with iPhone and Samsung, it would be hard for someone to dish out 100k to buy a Chinese brand,when that amount would get you a good buy from the iPhone and Samsung families.
