OAM4J:oh well, just cause i asked for the yim u think i'm throwing passes? u are drunk. |
OAM4J:Would u mind ur moth$%$ing business? |
You are mad.
Hey Toyin, whats ur YIM? |
Brothers and sisters please help me. I am dating a divorcee. Is it worth pursuing a relationship with a man who never keeps promises, who is as stingy as i dont know what and all he talks about is sex, sex and more sex. worried is it worth it
Have you ever asked him why he was divorced? If he was any good, do you really think he will be a divorcee? The guy's manliness just got bored and he's just looking for a lil' honey pot. Excuse my French, but if i were you i would start looking for a dude with a clean slate. |
dayokanu:oh ok. she is almost the same anyways, a lil' less foul mouthed. |
How da hell can you tell me my own beloved state has no Oba? And esp someone that came from it's lineage? Anywaz, I was joking about my first post. Oya's alaafin is more superior ![]() We need to get rid of all these Oba, Alaafin and what not.
Oh i see, this is that foul mouthed Ekiti Girl. I for once agree with her. Of course as a prince i can say that My family Lineage is the most superior royal institution in Yoruba land. Ekiti and Ogun came out of old Oyo Empire. |
@OP You are not mad or crazy my brother, in fact i salute you for this. My only advice is for you to make sure that you create a soft landing for yourself in Nigeria. Soft landing could be relatives to shelter, feed or help till you secure a job or make sure you secure a job ahead of your relocation. With a job in hand, Nigeria is the best place in the entire world to live. Seriously considering the option myself here in America, too bad i let some opportunities pass by few years back but it's not too late. Ile koko ntagbe, |

Leave the woman alone, it's not her fault. She is going thru some entropy of life right now |

Kobojunkie:What is this?? You attack everything and anything on any topics. It must be that time of the month or some mid-life identity issues. |
Kobojunkie:Pele, he go better. |
Kobojunkie:Very funny, You sure like to flirt with abuse don't you? Whose @$$ am i kissing? GEJ? for what? The man is a victim of circumstances, he just found himself being the president cause his boss died. The man didn't even make Campaign promises of his own. All i'm saying is, give the chap some more time and let's see what happens. Trust me, the other Politicians in Nigeria right now are far worse. Point to a Nigerian Politician that can do better? We are recycling illiterates and empty barrels. Folks that has no clue, im not here to be GEJ spokesperson, i'm just saying he has no miracle to perform within the short time he's been in office. Have a blessed day woman. |
Kobojunkie:Pretend? No sweetheart, no fronting here what u see is what you get. The only realistic way for Nigeria to have a steady electricity is by going nuclear. And with the way things are, Nigeria can NOT afford that right now. For changes to really take place, Nigeria and Nigerians has some serious sacrifices to make. It's not the issue of mediocrity, it's the issue of reality. The ills that has taken place in Nigeria since Babangida will take several serious years to correct and that is the reality. We can start with GEJ but the corrections will not end with him. Let's be real here, even the so-called world powers are now making adjustments to their situations because good things takes time and serious minded folks to achieve. I'm not sure Nigeria and Nigerians are there yet. |
what Military?? You mean arrows and bow?? |
Kobojunkie:Nigerians, we can be such an unrealistic individuals. If all that we wish is for is that easy, Haiti will be an heaven. The man doesn't even have a mandate yet, and thinking of all he has to deal with? I admit that he's slow in some steps but the man needs time to make the kind of changes we are all hoping for. Obama has spent 2 years in Office and he's still struggling to make his promises. |
Lavoro! Lavoro!! Aloora! i o Sono andare su lavoro, cheivu diamo sta sera, chiami quando tu pronto. Arrievuderci!
Yeah you too. |
Kobojunkie:And you want him to perform miracles in 7 months?? A nation that was eaten like pancakes for decades. You want one man to turn decades of decays into gold within 7 months? |
Drop your e-mail or facebook add and see live! BTW. How is your 2hours per day @ 5 bucks/hr without tax and insurance, @ two different coffe shop Job? ? Casso!!
You are funny. People like you should be totally ignored. You have no clue. |
ssmh @ another ewu! FYI, i worked with a multi-national in naija and we are in more than I20 countries in the world and i choose where i want to be. Infact, my international passport was process by our logistics department. The only effort i have ever made in my life was to pose for passport size photography and send mail to logistics that i will be going to so and so so. Shikenan! What more the "RED NECK AMERICANS" am working with will greet me every day " Good morning sir!" and wait for directives you a slave to my slaves Am a typical nigerian man with pride!
Yeah right, that's what they all say. |
I think GEJ will do well for Nigeria. |
Chrisbenogor:That's a good point. I dont think he has to. I'm sure America allows dual citizenship. |
love |
^^^ corrected. Naija only men not punks!
The ones that Built Naija didn't get all their Opportunities in Naija. ZIK, AWO, ABIOLA etc. went abroad at some point in their life. Quit hating on the guy, i bet you have applied for an American Visa b/4. |
@OP Nothing do you my Brother. Everything that comes your way in life has a purpose but never forget where you came from. You can use this Opportunity to gain experience and Opportunity that you can use to return home to Naija one day to contribute to our progress. But don't get carried away by that piece of paper, it's just a piece of paper and Americans knows who they are. It's in their nature. |
Rare:I am still an American citizen and i will leave whenever i want to. Your views are very myopic. May be you should talk to many Nigerians professionals that has come to the west hoping to take it to the next level. I know of Doctors, Pharmacist, Engineers that made the mistake of re-locating. Some of them has gone back after they realized that west is not what it claim to the outside world. How do you explain a full blown doctor in Nigeria reduced to a mere Medical assistant in the USA? Or a full Pharmacist reduced to a Pharmacy tech? |
Rare:Bitter about what?? It's obvious you are one of those new to yankee. Dont worry your eyes go open soon. Assumptions makes people an @$$. I was not hold enough to hold a job when i came here, came shortly after high school. And even if i was old enough i wouldn't leave until i secure a job in Nigeria, just like i wouldn't come here without the promise of the so-called good life. And for your info, i do have a good job here, it's not about the job it's what you lose with having the job that matters to me. |
tensor777:That is absolutely Nonsense you just Hyperventilated, even Obama knows now how this Country is. He may not say it but he knows it. This country is extremely racist to anything Non-white. Even Michelle Obama said it before she got into politics "America is a very racist and mean country" - M. Obama - Grad school thesis. I dont know where this gentleman works and i don't really care, every sector of America is racist, i have worked in Law enforcement and and the Judicial system and i have had the first hand knowledge of a white men justice system. Bringing a minority or a black guy down makes the white boys D*ck hard. They feed off of stuff like that. I guarantee you that over %70 of African American in this country would have re-located to another place if they have a choice. No matter how bad Nigeria is, one thing still remains clear it's still home. My Dad had the experience of western world and i remember when he would say "what are they doing there? the glory is in going back and forth". And in the recent years i have come to believe him. You are living in a fantasy island if you think White America adores you, especially if you are successful in whatever you are doing. Obama should be praised for pulling American economy back from the edge but what does he get? Protest, disrespect etc. Obama was giving a state of the union address, a white id iot, Congressman Joe Wilson shouted at Obama "You lied!" Imagine that? Has anybody ever done that to any white president? Even sorry @$$ G.Bush. In a law suit that a secret service agent filed against his boss, he claimed that when African Leaders come to the white house to visit, agents makes fun of them, calls them Monkeys etc. I just need to land a job in Naija and i will be on the next available flight. |
@Okija_Juju You know what Bro'? After thinking about what you said, i very much reason with you. Western countries is not where we belong, we are just being tolerated. I am in serious planning stage of returning to Nigeria myself. Ive been applying to every Nigerian job that i set my eyes on and once i land one. I'M GONE on the very next flight. Loss of electricity for some hours of the day will not bar me from a place where i'm celebrated and loved. |
