Honestly, it has happened already. The best advice I can give is to move on. If he is going to forgive you, he'll get to you. But as for you, at least you don't have to live your life regretting you didn't tell him. You have done your part, and the ball is in his court now. If he decides not to contact you anymore, it's not your fault. I think you should move on to greener pastures.
