When you reach there they will give you a test to take, at first it will appear you are in for something serious. Then the events starts unfolding; They will tell you about how money will tear your pocket, that you will travel abroad with one member of your family, that they are sponsored by drug research institutions, NMA and WHO.

Then she introduces that you need to buy licence while they will help you sell your products (sometimes they say it is health or food supplements, but that you wouldn't sell it yourself?) They promise to grow your account for you to actualize this dream.

The form for licence is sometimes #15,000 or more ( after deceiving you with the whole packaging you will even borrow to buy, some people stay there and do transfer). After you get the form you will start attending classes. It is in this process of attending several classes is when you will know that you were scammed.

That number (ID:CEO/TOK/2160) is the reference number of the person that sent you text, he be given a share when you buy the form.

At the end you will also start doing the same thing.

Anyway, let me tell you all something as someone who is actually in the know. I know we are mostly anonymous here and we can all claim anything, but some of us actually have access to quality information because of actual proximity to some of these ogas.

Oga UBA/Transcorp/AfriPrud/UCAP is in severe financial distress. He has bitten a lot more than he can chew...with his philanthropy (which is really just a clout-chasing exercise since he loves attention); the multibillion mansion he just built in Ikoyi, and a lot of his business deals which haven't really panned out as he had hoped. We are talking about a man who announced he would give billions in covid relief, and then went and begged Emefiele to allow him/UBA give only N200 million or so. You people don't know Oga UBA/Transcorp. The ULTIMATE clout chaser! Don't be surprised his companies' results are audio. He is sitting on way too much debt, and guess who is footing the bill for his large debts? His companies. It's why UBA with its brilliant 2020 result declared a pitiful dividend. Because there is no money. All the bank's money is going to service Oga's various Gbese loans. He is desperate for cash. But he is smart. In order to keep up appearances, he made sure a couple of his companies...UCAP and AfriPrud declared good dividends to maintain the facade. But he is struggling and all his companies will foot the bill. For all its audio earnings, Transcorp won't pay any attractive dividend anytime soon. Take that to the bank.

Also, investors in UCAP and AfriPrud should brace themselves because it's only a matter of time before Oga comes for their dividends to fulfil his obligations. Prepare for lower dividends even in the face of 'great' results. Did anyone see UBA's ridiculous dividend for 2020 coming? Think about it: With UBA's great results, why a reduced dividend when the bank hasn't embarked on any acquisitions or any other endeavors that required so much cash?

Oga is a Nigerian Bernie Madoff waiting to unravel. His fellow chairmen all laugh at him.

Bottom line. Transcorp is sh*t. Don't be fooled. Stay away. I say this as someone who was monkey-hunted since the early days of this forum and the good old days of StockMarketNigeria. I have learned a lot..earned my stripes. Don't be fooled by Transcorp and the guys peddling it. For short-termers who understand the psychology of the markets, you might get lucky if you're nimble. Those who took the revelational fire and grace from the Azusa Revival started planting churches that taught and imparted the manifestations from. William Joseph Seymour. Assembly Of God Church is believed to be the first church that was planted in the order.

There is therefore a 'new string' of modern denominations that outwardly look like pentecostals but inwardly, doctrinally and practically, they're modelled after the WORD OF FAITH MOVEMENT. This movement looks like pentecostals on name and pattern but their belief, practice and doctrine is scripturally watery when compare with the real pentecostal stream.

RCCG is pentecostal, but it's is gradually tilting towards words of faith movement (like their model parishes), Deeper Life is Pentecostal, Assemblies of God, Four Square, MFM, Lord's Chosen, GOFAMINT, CAC (mother of pentecostal in Nigeria), GAP, and Dunamis

While Agape, HOTR, Covenant Nations, living Faith, Salvation Ministries, Sam Adeyemi, Ashimolowo (used to be pentecostal), Christ Embassy, etc are in the Word of faith movement (watery gospel).

Pentecostals are a break out denomination from protestants. Their roots are the same with other protestants which is the reformation movement of Martin Luther, the first protestant. The main difference is they emphasize the baptism of the Holy Spirit with evidence of speaking in tongues. Also, they believe in the performance of signs & wonders in today's world. In other words, pentecostals are more expressive or liberal while the other protestants have a more conservative approach.

Examples:
Protestant = Anglican, Methodist, Lutheran, Presbyterian, African Church, etc

My late "uncle" was a protestant and his wife is a member of a pentecostal church. I call him uncle but we are not related by blood. She will start with some strange prayer points and songs in the mid-morning after breakfast when he has guests. What he will do is take his guests to the private sitting room or the garden to discuss. He never attended her church till he died but he didn't stop her either. They found balance somehow.
