My question is who will pay for the bloating of the books. If no one pays they the market price will make that adjustment for now. Meaning Mansaard may likely sell for sub 1 when the time comes but the trick of improving the EPS makes it confusing.

Seems the 17 will be added to the 7 to make 24.

Divide by 4 to make 6.

So 7 units at N0.5 becomes 6 units at N2 after reconstruction.

EPS value should increase. BV should also increase.
