SMDH! Enlighten us on how you found out they didn't successfully challenge is bail conditions? If the court is yet to give its ruling why are they calling for his arrest because he flouted his bail condition? You should be in a better position to enlighten us Mr. Know it all. I am trying to educate you on how the law and law court works here but you are running around here displaying your ignorance and refuse to learn.

Kanu's lawyer's legal argument is shaky at best. His client held multiple political rallies one in port Harcourt and Anambra. Why would he claim AGF can't request for clients bail to be revoked when it's there in black and white.

The only thing I'm wondering is if court will put him in jail or simply vary his bail conditions. I'm guessing jail since Kanu flagrantly disregards court conditions. The prosecution proving BSS is public threat makes jail likelier.

Always take time to read the post before rushing to comment. Read this quote: "We have successfully challenged the bail terms we considered offensive to our clients constitutionally guaranteed rights. So their recent application is belated." They are already challenging the bail condition in court so it is for the court to reinstate or do away with the bail condition. Until then, he cannot be said to have flouted it when he is in court challenging it. It is for the AG to file an injunction for the status quo of the bail condition to be maintained until the determination of the matter already before the court.

He is already in Hospice that's where they send people that everything has been done medically for and is already on their way to death. It will only take a miracle for him to leave hospice. What is the money they are raising for?
Besides, if they are citizens each of the kids will be collecting hundreds of pounds every month in addition to free medical care and accommodation etc.
