Why are you shitting on my experience? They said the account needs to be funded before I can access it. They asked me not to click direct cash transfer so that when I sell stocks it won't go to my bank so it will be available if i make another purchase. After several hours of trying and failing to change my password. They provided a new username and password. I signed in and saw the fund in the account. I tried again to change my password and they instructed me to click on forget password. I did, it generated a new temporary username and password. I sent them email to inform them after. They asked me to use the last one they opened for me. Both the new one and the one they sent to prior to mine refuse to log into the account. My last email went unanswered. I had no choice but to ask them to return my money via my bank account. Thank God I got it though I lost N100 to them plus my bank charges.

When I tried forget password as they instructed it gave me another temporary username and password. If I log out, I can't log back in without generating another username and temporary password. There is no way, i could continue the same cycle. It screams incompetence. The tech guy Olufemi couldn't fix. I don't want stories with my initial funding of 5 million. They refunded 4,999,900. I try another broker. Thanks for replying.

Do you know I can get my fund back to my bank account? I went back and forth with them trying to get access to the account. I was only able to access the account using the username and temporary password they provided. I tried for hours trying to change my password withe
them to no avail. Finally, they offered that I should give them the password I wanted to update it for me. I refused because it beats the purpose of wanting to change the password as they instructed.
