Increasing d service year is arrant nonsense when salary structure is not encouraging..It is better for them to reduce the service year so as to give room for fresh graduate and also allow the retirees to participate in businesses of their choice when they still have little strenght to carry on. Reduction in service should be look into for d unemployed ones.

I will advice you not to sleep in darkness again always turn your bedroom light on and also do away with any black material be it clothing or bedspread. I know this would have affected your progress in life one way or the other.
